Located on the banks of the picturesque Indian River, our property offers stunning views of the water and is only minutes away from the ocean. Sunrise on the River earned its name for its guest’s love of enjoying a cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking sunrise. Stay at our home and spend the day boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, reading, fishing from our boathouse dock or simply enjoying the view of the swimming dolphins and manatees.

Why this property? We are located on US 1 with Water access through from our Dock to the Indian River. This is the perfect place for boaters to bring their Boat Along for an Inolvidable Vacation! Boat mooring is available during your stay night and day.
