About the owner: Canadian snowbird who owns two houses at the Hamptons 55 plus Gated Golf Community. I am semi retired and my permanent home is in Hartney Manitoba Canada. We go to Florida every spring for 2 months and every Fall for 2 months.While we are at our houses in Florida we do any necessary repairs and clean up the yards.
Why this property? This property is now available to be rented. Each house comes fully equipped and furnished. We also include a Club Car Golf Cart with each house. The Hamptons is a Premier Golf Community with an 18 hole executive course. There are pickle ball courts ,Tennis court, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes etc. There is an exercise room library and pool tables in the club house. Behind the club house is a big heated pool and hot tub. There is a restaurant and bar attached to the club house. Most residents use their golf carts to travel throughout the community. There are daily activities. You can even join the winter cruise week to make your vacation complete.
