Located on a corner lot in a fabulous central location, the exterior of this property offers a private swimming pool with covered seating, picnic table, and refrigerator. Other outside amenities include outdoor shower, fish cleaning area and park-style grill, perfect for cookouts with family and friends!

INTERIOR TOUR

This property offers one-level living with fantastic Gulf views and two living spaces. There is plenty of comfortable seating, tile floors and flat screen TVs in both living areas, so your crew will have plenty of options for gathering together and being apart.

The updated kitchen has granite counters, reverse-osmosis drinking water system, Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of space to prepare coastal feasts. A second refrigerator in the smaller living area is great for stocking snacks and drinks for your crew.

The West king bedroom with flat screen TV and West queen bedroom with flat screen TV share the West full bathroom. Two East queen bedrooms with flat screen TVs share a hallway and the East full bathroom. All bedrooms boast warm hardwood floors.
