Solterra Resort is a Secure Gated Community
Beginning September 1, 2023, an access fee will be required to utilize the clubhouse and pool area at Solterra Resort. This payment can only be made in person at the clubhouse, and payments must be made by using a credit card or debit card. Please note that cash payments will not be accepted. The fees are as follows: $35 for up to 12 guests and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee is a one-time fee that allows access to these facilities for the entire length of your stay.

Where do I check in?
In your confirmation email, you will receive a 4 digit random code. You will use this code to enter the property. There is not a need to visit our onsite location. This is great for late night arrivals!
What is provided in the home?
All our homes are EXECUTIVE homes. The EXECUTIVE homes have all the extra amenities included at no additional charge. All linens, towels, and washcloths are provided. Fully equipped kitchens with all the modern conveniences (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with icemaker), dishes, cookware, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.
Is there anything not provided?
The initial setup includes – toilet tissue in each bathroom, paper towels, a trash can liner, and small bars of soap for the baths. After you arrive, you will need to shop for the above supplies to last for your entire stay. You will also need to bring beach towels for the pool area.

This is a really nice vacation home. It has one master bedroom on the first floor and all other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The pool was great. We paid for heat and it was 86 degrees most of the time. We used their “Lazy River” water park. It was very nice however you can’t take food in and their food was VERY expensive for everyday food choices. The only thing that I would change in the home is installing ceiling fans or purchasing some stand up fans for around the home! Overall - very nice and the ow era are VERY, VERY nice. We have already booked this home again!!!

This large home was a great place for our large family! The house was clean, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to fit our family. Having our own pool was awesome, a beautiful area to relax in! The house is close to Disney, great restaurants and shopping. Being in a gated community gives you a feeling of safety as well. We would definitely return here for our next Florida vacation!

Very spacious, very clean. Far enough out of the crazy busy part of Orlando but still close enough for short driving distance. We could have stayed another 7 days. Usually I’m ready to go home but not at this place. Can’t wait to go back!!!
