There is free parking on the premise and can park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway along with more space for 2 more vehicles on the front lawn next to the street as well as boats and RV's.
A nice bonus is the public park across the street. There is a basketball court, volleyball, tennis, baseball, soccer and kiddie play area with swings etc

The house comes fully equipped with all furniture, furnishings, pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc, laundry room and BBQ grill.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION -this home is only 5 miles to the beach, 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Melbourne, the Eau Gallie Arts District, paddleboarding, kayaking, nature walks and the Melbourne Int'l airport.
You are 20 minutes to Viera, the USSSA Baseball Stadium, Wickham Park, Brevard Zoo and loads of more beaches and more restaurants.
You are 30 min from Sebastian for some of the states BEST fishing, 45 - 60 minutes to theme parks, Disney, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral and Port Canaveral.
