About a 30 minute drive to Clearwater beach depending on traffic. Close to public beaches and other shopping, such as Dillards outlet. Minutes to Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks. Plenty of local and amazing restaurants. Too many to list.

Damage Protection Deposit refundable once inspection and inventory check from property manager is complete. Deposit refunded within 14 business days from check-out date.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Great spot to unwind and take a break from everyday life. Close enough to the things you might need but tucked away in a private little cove . The condo is beautiful, roomy and spotless. Kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. Enjoyed the pool daily as well as the private beach availability for the evening sunsets. Even had a nice place to put in several miles of walking!

This place is AMAZING! First…it’s clean. Then it is so beautifully decorated, you almost don’t want to leave it. But you have to because there is a gorgeous pool and outdoor area and a very beautiful private beach to enjoy. Safe area, close to everything you need! It’s hard to find the perfect FL getaway, but this is it!

Had great time staying at this property! Condo was beautiful and sparkling clean with all the essentials you'll ever need. The property location is in a safe beautiful area close to so many activities. Definitely recommend if you are planning a trip to anywhere near New Port Ritchey!
