Feel like grilling out or smoking some ribs, there's a charcoal grill/smoker for your convenience along with a huge stainless steel drink cooler to keep your refreshments cold!

Checkout SunWest park where you can enjoy water sports and swimming! Weeki Wachee springs are a short drive as well so you can enjoy kayaking the beautiful clear water and see manatees! World famous Clearwater Beach is a short 30 min drive and offers beautiful white sand beaches and tons of things to do and places to eat!

Why this property? We chose this property due to its closeness to the beaches and attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle so it feels like home when visiting! We've travelled to this area many times throughout the years and decided it was where we wanted to be!

This home is located on the edge of New Port Richey close to shopping, churches, downtown, the Sponge Docks, and many restaurants. It is clean, inviting, and lives up to it's billing.

I honestly wish we could give more then 5 stars as it would be 15 or more stars out of 5! This place is a dream! Don't even get me started with the pool just Wow! Spacious, beautiful, so very clean and decorated so nice, close to everywhere you want to visit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our 10 days. It was definitely a Home away from Home. Travis and Shannon you are doing it right!!! The Smith will be back!️

Rental House was very nice and clean. Great out door pool area and very nice on the inside. Wonderful location between several beaches and shopping centers and restaurants. Great people to rent from, very helpful and polite. Definitely going to come back soon.
