We try and keep at least 2 bicycles at the property up and running. if you would like access to them please confirm ahead of time. they remain locked in the garage and upon signing a release form we I'll share the lock code. Theres also some beach toys, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and chairs that you're welcome to use. We ask that if you use this stuff to please rinse the sand and salt off after each use. Please only use the yellow towels for the beach. this is the only laundry that we require you do do upon checking out because of the extra time required of washing separately.

About the owner: Born in Indiana, my parents dreamt about sailing and Florida sunsets. At the age of two they decided to stop dreaming and start living. My childhood memories almost always included the ocean. Fishing, surfing, sailing, and diving. Ready for a change I headed to the mountains of Colorado where I taught some snowboarding and met a French girl from a little island in the Indian Ocean that shared my love for action sports. After far to many long distances phone bills and lots of international flight miles we decided to make it official. She studied and studied, and is now Dr. Frenchy, and I helped start a sunscreen company to make the beach and ocean my profession. Now scratching 40, we welcomed Baby Frenchy to the world, but we’re still keeping the adventures going.
Why this property? It was love at first sight. The prior owner was a master wood worker and all the work was don't by him including the kitchen and incredibly intricate bead board vaulted ceiling's and huge crown moldings. The common areas feel open yet cozy with tons of natural light. Being the cook in the family I loved the Island cook top. ( I hate staring at a wall while I cook).

Outstanding river and wildlife views
This was my second time staying at this property and it will not be my last. It is a perfect location for nature right on the river. Around the corner is a small park where you can fish and enjoy the Marina. Everything that we needed was in the apt. See you next year!!
