Historic 1917 Bahama Breeze Craftsman Bungalow is a self-catering, short-term licensed vacation accommodation with driveway parking and a Chicago brick curved pathway leading to one 6 1/2″ step up into the original front door with 28″ clear. Offering one level throughout and a spacious king bedroom, private bath with original restored Clawfoot tub with overhead rainfall shower and telephone style handheld shower, bathtub grab bar, and queen bedroom with step-in en-suite shower. This charming bungalow is hugged by lazy palms with a Chicago brick patio off the kitchen near the pool and with an umbrella dining table and chairs, perfect for shooting the breeze. Perfect for a couple or family with two children. Interiors offer an understated, but refined take on the tropical theme with rich hardwoods and Bahama-style furnishings. No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found on the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated, and the guests will be immediately removed from the property. No refunds will be provided.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance, but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.

Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest

Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email).

Discounted promotional rates are offered for two guests only additional guests fee of $25 per person if room capacity allows per day.



CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $150.00 administrative/re-booking fee, or 10% of the base rental rate, whichever is more. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Vacation Insurance is highly recommended.
