You'll find yourself walking distance from grocery stores, supermarkets and restaurants, and a short 8 minute drive to the gorgeous Weeki Wachee River. Drive less than 10 minutes further, and you will find yourself at Pine Island, a small beach where you can watch Florida's amazing sunsets and frequently see dolphins.

Spring Hill is a rapidly growing suburb of Tampa Bay. You will find shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the home and are a short 8 minute drive to the Weeki Wachee River. Pine Island beach is about an 18 minute drive from the home and is a popular destination to watch beautiful Florida sunsets.

As a couple of 20 plus year snowbirders here in Florida, this accomodation ranks near the top of our list. As long term renters for 3 months, space and comfort are necessities. Spacious rooms all on one level with all the amenities fit our needs. Garage for our bikes, well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a screened in patio that we made good use of in the Florida warmth. Pool was warming up nicely in March...... just in time for my departure. Would be a great area for the next 8 months. Very clean and Sarah was super quick in attending to the few small issues we had. Highly recommended.
