My wife Bev and I scouted around all over Key West, FL for a residence that is very close to the beach (5 minutes to Higgs Beach), and not far from Duval Street (15 minute walk). We found a perfect house at 1310 Atlantic Drive, which is a very quiet non-through street that is just 1 short block. Our goal was to own a house in the upscale Casa Marina District. to utilize for family vacations, and for select guests. At the Jersey Shore where we live, we frequent the beaches in Bay Head and Cape May. Bev is now retired from AT&T, and Greg is retired from AT&T and Comcast Corp. For us, spending time with our 2 daughters is the best. Especially, that we are now the grandparents of 2 girls. In a hands on manner (booking guests & taking care of property) we have managed the rentals of our former condo in Naples,FL for 25 years. Also, our currently owned townhome in Cape May, NJ for 6 years.
