Casa Atlantic is located in the upscale Casa Marina District on a quiet shrub lined street that has very little traffic because it is not a through street. This luxury house that was built in 2013 with 1,672 sq. ft. of finished indoor space has everything that is needed, except refreshments and food. When the 4 decks (1st. floor front, 2nd floor front, 1st floor rear, 2nd floor rear) off the house are included, there is 2,224 sq. ft. to spread out and enjoy yourself with your family and friends. Plus, a deck with an in-ground heated (only in colder months) 8 x 12 pool, BBQ grill, dining table, and comfortable furniture to enable fun socialization, and much enjoyment.
When relaxing on the rear deck, you are in a private tropical oasis because the property backs up to the Indigenous (original) Forest, that is across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. There is a Gumbo Limbo tree with colorful live orchids that have been grafted into the limbs to add festive colors.
The inside living space is a great place to unwind after a tough (LOL) day on the beach, shopping, dining, sightseeing, and doing everything else that Key West offers. Of course, the kitchen is fully outfitted with everything needed for cooking, serving, and dining. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the 1st floor shares the main bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 Twin beds. On the 2nd floor there is a Queen, and a King Bed. All the 3 bedrooms, have new flatscreen TV’s, ceiling fans, and comfortable bedding. You’ll have freshly laundered linens, blankets, and towels. On the 2nd floor hallway, there is a desk that you shouldn’t use (LOL) since you are on vacation. Included in the rental price is a mid-stay cleaning.

As per The City of Key West, all rentals must be a minimum of 28 nights. These means that no weeks or weekends are available.
If adjacent full months, aren't fully booked , a hybrid ( days from 2 months) period of 28 days could be available. Although, to keep it simple, we prefer full calendar months.
Bev and I would love to have you and your family and/or friends as our guests. Since the house is fully outfitted, we aim to have satisfied guests that desire to return. Your happiness is very important to us.
Casa Marina will have a supply of paper goods, liquid & bar soap, trash bags, and cleaning products such as: facial tissue, toilet tissue, napkins, paper towels, kitchen sponges, and dishwasher detergent. To tidy up during your stay, cleaning supplies such as cleanser, bathroom cleaner, toilet cleaner, glass cleaner, floor cleaner, and others will be under the counters in the bathrooms and kitchen for you to use.
Most importantly, for the beach, there are 6 beach chairs, and beach towels.

The temporary location is at 1499 Duval St. until the the primary location on Whitehead St. is reconstructed. It is 1 mile (5 minutes) from Casa Atlantic.
There are absolutely no pets allowed in respect for guests that may be allergic to dander.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house or anywhere outside on the property.
It is done before your arrival ,and mid through your stay. The cost is included in your rent.
