This Barefoot Beach Club 1,604 square feet 2 bedroom (1 king & 2 twin beds) direct beachfront condo is on the 6th floor of a 7 story art-deco building that is positioned about 50 yards back from the Private Beach and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach! The nearest heated swimming pool with a hot whirlpool tub is 3 minutes away as well! On the lanai, you will be refreshed with Gulf breezes! The condo is so close to the Gulf, that you can hear the sounds of the gentle waves. And, near the end of every day, as you are relaxing on the beach, or dining on the lanai, you will witness the most spectacular sunsets. In addition to the breathtaking completely unobstructed Gulf views from all living, dining and master suite windows, you will enjoy picturesque views of Little Hickory Bay from the entrance foyer, kitchen and guest bedroom. You are completely surrounded by water views!
After checking in at the staffed guard house entrance and proceeding along Barefoot Beach Boulevard to #267 (building #10) you will park in your own space (D) under the building. The security coded elevator by ButterflyMX will take you up to the condo, which has 1,604 square feet of luxuries living space.
The 185 square foot lanai is screened and separated by glass sliders from the main living area which includes: living room, kitchen/breakfast room, master bedroom (king size bed) with a mirrored bathroom that has a shower and a large Jacuzzi tub, 2nd bedroom (2 twin beds) and a guest bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has Gulf views and the 2nd bedroom has Bay views. The interior of this professionally designed and furnished condo has a warm tropical theme.
Everything (except food & refreshments) that is needed for your enjoyment is provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, there are flat screen smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms with DVD & VCR players and a top quality Sony sound system in the living room. There is wireless Internet access with a Yamaha blue-tooth sound-bar, movie & music CD’s, board games, books and most importantly… beach chairs and plenty of towels. This condo is constantly maintained to be in impeccable condition.
On the 2nd floor of the private Barefoot Beach Clubhouse building, there is a complete exercise facility with all the latest state-of-the-art equipment that includes TechnoGym & American Barbell equipment . As you are exercising on one of the tread mills while viewing the news, for the more important view, you will be looking right at the Gulf. The saltwater pool at our Clubhouse is 78 feet long & features lap lanes, & a sun shelf. Plus, there is a hot whirlpool in which to really relax & be soothed. Also, a top quality grill to cook in the outside dining area..
To explore the local area, there are 4 adult size bicycles that can be used after
signing a liability (use at own risk) waiver.

GULF VIEW - The direct and totally unobstructed direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and private beach from the 6th floor lanai is awesome. You don't see any other buildings. Every evening you will witness a spectacular sunset.
PRIVATE BEACH - The building in which condo 604 is located is the closest to the beach. You can actually hear the sounds of the gentle waves from the lanai. The walkover to the beach is right to the side of the building.
EXERCISE FACILITY - The brand new exercise facility at our new clubhouse takes up the entire 2nd floor of our new clubhouse. All the state-of-the art TechnoGym equipment is also new. You'll enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf while working out.
LAP POOL - The new 78 foot long pool at the clubhouse has marked lanes with lane tiles on the pool floor and dividers on the water surface. Plus, a swim shelf with fountains. The shelf is great for children to splash around!

BEACH - The beach is right downstairs in front of the building. The small Gulf waves are gentle and the water is usually warm.
OTHER KIDS - During season (January through April), there are usually other kids there with their parents and/or grandparents.
MINITURE GOLF - Safari Jungle is a few miles away on Bonita Beach Road.
The Barefoot Beach Club Condos are located in a very exclusive neighborhood off Bonita Beach Rd. in North Naples, FL. The private beach right in front of the condo is actually owned by the Barefoot Beach Club Homeowner's Association. At the end of Barefoot Beach Blvd. is Barefoot Beach State Park Preserve, which features abundant wildlife and activities such as canoeing, tours, and seminars about the local wildlife.
The physical address of the condo is 267 Barefoot Beach Blvd., Unit 9, North Naples, FL. Bonita Springs is the post office.
Although well secluded from the hustle & bustle, there are many fine restaurants, stores, and golf courses right nearby. The restaurants and shops on 5th Ave. in Old Naples are located 20 minutes south. Also, shopping at Coconut Point Mall, Mercato, Promenade, and Waterside Shops. If you want to do something other than hanging out at the beach or pools, there is plenty to do nearby.
BAREFOOT BEACH STATE PARK - The entrance is 200 yards from the condo. If you walk or ride bikes through the check point, entry is free. You can see an abundant variety of wildlife. There are many turtles!
DOC'S on the beachfront for seafood, burgers and beer.
COCONUT JACK'S is right outside the entrance. They feature delicous coconut shrimp.
SUNSET - There is an extra hour of sunshine before the sun disappears below the Gulf horizon. Watch it every evening from the 6th floor lanai, or sitting on the beach with a cocktail.

Utilities, bed sheets, and towels are included. The rates are based upon a 2 person occupancy. Visitors staying overnight for a few days will add $150. nightly per person. The departure cleaning cost of $200. is additional. A security deposit of $1K is required and there is a $150. application fee payable directly to Barefoot Beach Club Homeowners Association. A background check is completed for everyone who stays at highly secure Barefoot Beach Club.
There are beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers to keep drinks cold on the beach.
We highly prefer an occupancy of 2 adults. However, as included in the lease with details, registered visitors can stay over for a few days. The maximum capacity is 4 people.

We are physically located in North Naples, Collier County. Bonita Springs is just the post office we use.
