About the owner: We fell in love with Manasota Key the minute we crossed the bridge. We are retired and looking for an island we could call home. We were looking for a single family home that our guests would love. We were lucky to find two and are now looking to move to the area. Dan was in property management at the ski resorts in Colorado while Linda made her career in real property law. Our combined management skills are essential to make all our guests have the best beach vacation possible.
Why this property? When searching for our home and living in the Florida Keys, we new we didn't want to be "stuck" on an island. Manasota is perfect. Shopping is close, wildlife is amazing and most of all we have beautiful water and the island abounds with shells and tropical surroundings. Our home was built in the 70’s and totally reconstructed in 2017. Don’t worry about anything not working, it’s all new! We know it is essential to have two bathrooms an outside enclosed shower and outside living area. We have it all.
Thru our own rental experiences we know the added expense of kayaks, bikes, float devises, balls, books, games, and the list goes on. We have it handled for you. Trust us, you will love it. We certainly do!
