Wake up to beautiful sunrises over Lemon Bay. Manasota Key is a peaceful, nature filled area to relax. Enjoy a quiet walk on the beach, sunsets, shelling and shark tooth hunting. Dolphins, pelicans, egrets and herons are right outside your door as you enjoy the lanai and pool area overlooking Lemon Bay. Fish right off the dock.
Rent our whole home or have some flexibility with pricing and your stay with either a 2, 3 or 5 bedroom option. The master bedroom opens up to the pool and lanai overlooking the Bay. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and our guest suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Great outdoor living on the partially covered wrap around lanai with pool cage and heated pool, with access to a bathroom from the lanai. Bring your boat to tie up to the dock, or just relax, fish and watch the wildlife.
All rates depend on the time of year, length of stay and option chosen. Special pricing until 3/2/24 is for the guest suite only.
Area Information
Manasota Key is a quiet laid back area, great for relaxation, enjoying wildlife, shelling and shark tooth hunting. There are nearby golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, a local farmers market in season, boat rentals, parasailing, many restaurants on and off the key with waterside dining, county and state parks.
Enjoy the beach, bicycling, boating, deep sea fishing, fishing, kayaking, sunrise and sunsets.

About the owner: We, Joanne and Paul, currently live in NJ and have a few rental properties on Manasota Key. We have been managing rental properties for 20 years, and enjoy interacting with our guests when possible. We have 3 adult children who enjoy the beach, boating and helping us to maintain the property. We have been coming to the are since 2003, and love the laid back feel, watching the birds, dolphins and other wildlife. We hope to spend more time in Florida in the upcoming years.
Why this property? When we originally looked for property in Florida, we looked from Marco Island up to Clearwater, and just fell in love with Manasota Key. Laid back, lower development, with the ability to connect with nature - shelling, shark tooth hunting, watching the birds and wildlife, sunsets on the beach and sunrise on the lanai. We hope to spend more time in the area as we get closer to retirement.
