1170 sq. ft. We invite you to share in our little piece of paradise! It’s a snowbirds dream, a couples retreat or perfect family get-away. With 2 full bathrooms, the condo sleeps 4 - Master Bedroom (King sized bed - BRAND NEW - purchased 7/21) and the guest bedroom (2 Twin Beds.) Both the living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which lead to the lanai. The lanai features a dining table with 2 chairs and 2 swivel chairs, where you can enjoy beautiful views of Marco Island’s famous sunset and relaxing views of the beach. You will find just about everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation - just pack your suitcase!
The kitchen is fully stocked including a Microwave, Coffee Maker & Keurig, Coffee Grinder, Electric Kettle, Blender, electric mixer and Toaster. Wake up to coffee on the lanai while you enjoy the beach view. The living room boasts a huge electric reclining leather couch and has both a TV and DVD player; the Master bedroom has a wall mounted TV and clock radio. You will find plenty of towels for bath and beach, along with extra pillows, blankets and a change of linens for the beds.
You'll find everything you need for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, foam noodles, beach games, a float, beach bag, cooler, and heavy duty collapsible cart with large wheels so you don't get stuck in the sand!
Looking for more exercise than a walk on the beach? Spend time in the 24 hour fitness room located off the lobby. Our unit, known as a “wing unit,” is accessed via the doors just outside the elevator on the 2nd floor, or skip the elevator and use the building magnet key and walk up one flight of stairs. The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, next to the elevator, just around the corner from our front door. You can purchase a laundry card from the Management Office, funds are added using the machine located in the lobby, across from the elevator - or add funds directly to the new mobile app - the app is so easy to use & you get alerts when your wash/dry is done!

Michael A.Phenomenal condo with a spectacular view of the ocean!
My wife and I decided to try out snow birding for the first time this year. The condo we stayed in was meticulously decorated and furnished. It had everything you could possibly need. The heated pool and the hot tub were a nice bonus. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to get away from the cold days of winter up north.

We found paradise! My husband and I just spent 10 days at South Seas III in April. We were celebrating our retirement and decided Marco Island was the place to go. We were blessed to have incredible weather with sun, blue skies and 80 degree temperatures. Our condo had everything we needed and more. There wasn’t anything that we needed to go out and purchase. We spent most of our time on the beach, walking, collecting shells and relaxing. We visited “Stan’s” on Sunday Fun Day. A must do! Pincher’s restaurant never disappoints anyone looking for a seafood dinner. We did our best to boost the economy by shopping the local shops and boutiques, along with the souvenir stores. This was 100% one of the best vacations we’ve ever done. We WILL be back next year!!!

Traveled to this condo with our family (4 adults). The condo was spacious and clean, and had a beautiful, large patio for outdoor dining and relaxation overlooking the ocean. The condo was stocked with everything we needed from cookware and utensils, to umbrellas, boogie boards, and comfortable beach chairs. The heated salt water pool was also very nice. The owner was lovely and very easy to communicate with. Really great stay.

We had a wonderful stay @ ’s condo 204 South Seas Tower 3. It was spacious with a wonderful view of the Gulf. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. We were so pleased with the comfort of the beds! That was a highlight for us. The laundry was very close to our unit. The unit was very clean. Susan was a joy to communicate with us & very prompt. I would highly recommend this unit.

This unit is lovely and very conveniently located. The laundry room/trash room is right around the corner on the same level. The unit is nicely furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped, and everything you would need for the beach (towels, chairs, wagon, etc.) are included.

4 adults and our 2 and 4.5 year old grandchildren stayed in the condo. Would be nicer if the 2nd bedroom had two full or 1 queen size bed. The condo kitchen was well equipped. Towels and beach wagon worked out great. We love tiger tail beach. We enjoyed the pool! We recommend this 2nd floor condo!

Great condo in a good location! Very clean with nice amenities. Wonderfully stocked kitchen for cooking. The best was all of the beach accessories, such as the beach cart (which is needed for the hike to the water), coolers, beach chairs and toys, as well as beach towels.

Lovely, roomy, 2nd floor condo - perfect for two couples. Gate, keys, keypads and rules took some getting used to but made for a relaxing, worry-free stay. The condo was spotless as were the building and grounds. Owner provided beach items, some pantry staples, cleaning products, soap, linens, towels & hairdryers. No wait to use two W/Ds next door. Comfortable beds. Loved the reclining sofa, dining table, balcony and view. Past the pool to the right is Tigertail Beach/lagoon with rental items and cafe. Something new to see every visit. There is also a walkway through the parking area to an expansive beach of packed white sand to the water’s edge. Don’t miss the sunsets or going to the beach after dark. Near the gate lives a burrowing owl...amazing. Easy walk to a couple restaurants. Owner and rental agent answered emails quickly. Thank you. Overall this is a wonderful condo and beach location. (Renovation noise during our Feb 2020 stay wasn’t too bad)
