Beautiful Marco Island home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level PLUS a completely separate guest suite in the walk-out lower level!
Once you arrive, you will instantly feel at home. The main floor offers a great room with cathedral ceiling and 12 foot slider which opens fully for easy access to the upper floor of the huge 2- level screened lanai. The living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV with expanded cable package and 3 comfy leather couches plus an over-sized reading chair tucked away in the corner. The dining room features a table for 8 and the kitchen is a bright and cheery place to prepare your meals and offers another slider to the lanai for easy access to the Weber gas grill.
The large primary suite features yet another slider to the lanai plus a king bed, 50-inch smart TV, reading chair and full bath with washer and dryer. The floor plan is a split bedroom design with the two upstairs guest rooms on the opposite side of the house from the primary plus a pocket door to close them off from the living area of the house for added privacy. One of the upper guest rooms has twin beds and the other has a queen bed. Both guest rooms have TVs. There is also a full bath at this end of the house.
The upper lanai gives you a dining table and seating areas from which to enjoy your evenings looking out to the pretty colors of the twilight sky. Stroll down the stairs from the upper to lower lanai (also screened) and gaze upon the over-sized heated pool with spill-way spa. The pool is 14 X 28 feet and comes complete with a sun-shelf at the shallow end for relaxing in a lounge chair while cooling off and reading that book you've been meaning to get to. Spend the evenings relaxing and soothing those muscles in the spa. You might even get a glimpse of the resident tortoise, Totem, who lives on the wooded, vacant lot next door and makes his daily trek across the back yard in search of his next meal of vegetation. The lower lanai has a dining table and several lounge chairs.

About the owner: We first vacationed on Marco Island back in 2006. We flew home from that vacation and made a pact to, someday, have our own place there. Our property search started in 2010 and, in December of 2012, we finally closed on our home.
We had wonderful year ‘round tenants until the fall of 2015. When they bought their own home (just down the street from our house) we knew it was time to ready the property for vacationers. We had so much fun decorating and preparing the house for vacation rentals! Every wall was painted and all new furnishings, décor, linens, dishes, etc. purchased. The biggest transformation was in the back yard where a brand new 14 X 28 pool and spa were installed. We spent hours planning the “perfect” pool – one guests would dream about at the home where they would enjoy their hard-earned vacation. We tried to set the entire property up to create an awesome vacation experience for all – one they would reminisce about long after the vacation was over. Our goal is for our guests to want for nothing. Our first vacation guests arrived in mid-March, 2016. So far, every tenant has given us 5 stars and we couldn’t be more proud! In 2018 even more improvements were made including a completely new kitchen, flooring, paint, etc.
Since we live in New England, we have a local rental agency right on Marco Island who handles all of our bookings. They are available 24/7 for anything that might come up during your stay. Once you have made the decision to spend your vacation at our home we will have Kelli, our rental agent, get in touch with you to complete your booking.
Why this property? Our search for the perfect property took a few years. The minute we walked into this house we turned to each other and said "this is the one". Every room we walked into just solidified our first thought - this was the home for us. We saw the potential in every corner of this property and could not be more proud of how it has turned out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated both by electric and solar. The pool and spa were designed and built in 2016.
Does the guest suite have good privacy?
Absolutely. The guest suite is completely separate from the main house. It is accessed via a slider from the pool area which is in the lower level of the 2-level screened lanai. There are stairs inside the screened area from the upper to the lower level. Access to the main house from the guest suite is up the stairs and into one of the 3 sliders accessing the main house from the upper lanai.
Are linens provided?
Yes. Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a wheeled cooler.
Is there a crib and high chair at the house?
Yes, we provide a pack and play porta-crib and a high chair.
Do you have cable and internet?
Yes, we have cable TV with 220-+ channels and wireless internet. There is a 65 inch TV in the living room, 50 inch TVs in the master bedroom and guest suite and smaller TVs in the other 2 bedrooms.
Does the pool get afternoon sun?
Yes. The pool faces West so it gets good sun in the afternoon. If you prefer being out of the sun, you can pull up a chair in the area under the upper lanai (please take a look at the photos for reference).
How close are you to the beach?
We are about 2 miles from South Beach. There is a public parking lot across the street from the beach. The fee for the parking lot is $10. Tiger Tail beach is about 4 miles from our house and has a large public parking lot right at the beach. This parking lot also has an $8 fee.
Are beach chairs provided?
Yes. 8 beach chairs, a wheeled cooler, umbrella and beach cart are provided.
Is there a second refrigerator?
Yes. In addition to the full-sized refrigerator on the main level and the small refrigerator in the kitchenette of the guest suite, there is a second full-sized refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the utility room of the lower level. There is also a second washer and dryer in the utility room of the lower level.

What a perfect getaway! This was my second time here and won't be my last. The first time was spent with 5 friends and the most recent trip was a romantic one with my partner. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Ken and Sue have every detail covered to make sure you have everything you need including detailed information for the property and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the house so much we barely felt the need to leave and explore. Our days looked like this: mornings drinking coffee on the patio, reading books by the pool all day, cooking dinner on the grill or in the large kitchen (stocked with all the cookware you can think of), and enjoying it al fresco on the lanai. We did leave each night to watch the sunset at the local beach but quickly returned to enjoy the night in the hot tub with a few cocktails. It was sad to have each great day end but going to sleep in a giant comfortable bed helped!I highly recommend booking this for your next trip. It's a perfect place to spend with your partner, friends, or family. Sue and Ken will take great care of you! 10/10 recommend.

This is our favorite vacation spot!!! For years we went to Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor; but like most National Parks they are just getting way too overcrowded for us to enjoy ourselves. This beautiful house on Marco Island was a refreshing change for us. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. It was clean, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the house. Then we walked out onto the upper deck and it was so roomy! The deck furniture was super comfy and the resident chef was thrilled to see a clean, stellar grill. Then we headed down to the pool deck and by golly, we found our happy place! The pool was private and gorgeous. This is where we spent most of our time, lounging by the pool and swimming (and even slow dancing in the pool…one of the most romantic moments we’ve had in a while!). Honestly we felt a little guilty that we didn’t explore the island even more than we did, but we were just so relaxed and content at the house we went with it. We did go to Tigertail Beach and oh my stars the shelling was unlike anything we’ve ever seen. We are crafters so we procured some really nice shells (the type that can’t be used by critters again) with unbelievable patterns and colors. The beach was awesome and we played and swam in the ocean for hours. We are northeasters so the water temp was glorious for us. We had a phenomenal dinner at The Deep Lagoon at The Esplanade, the seafood offerings were incredible. Speaking of food, we enjoy a mostly Whole Foods diet so we cook A LOT. As a decent home chef, we found everything we needed in the kitchen and it wasn’t hard to find. We had some really nice meals on the beautiful deck. We were so comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the house. The memories we made are priceless, and we can’t wait to make more. Huge thank you to Ken and Sue who were both so nice to book with and they responded immediately to any questions we had. We can’t recommend this rental highly enough. 10/10

We were lucky enough to rent this lovely property for the last 2 weeks and still have a week to go. As my 10-year-old grandson said, "I would give it 6 out of 5 stars". For once listening to his simple statement, might be the most accurate review.We have rented many units and we have never found one outfitted like this: 1. The kitchen is outfitted too the maximum. We needed nothing else to make every meal. 2. Pool and hot tube are the envy of our friends and family who have been here. 3. Beach supplies are the best we have every been lucky enough to have at a unit. We loved shelling at Tigertail Beach and enjoyed South Beach, because it was so close and relaxing. 4. The grill is wonderful. Make sure to visit the local fish markets for the best fish. 5. Local restaurants and grills have been fantastic. Some of our favorites have been: Leebe's for grilled grouper lunch, Sunset Grill for lunch and a drink or later in the day for the sunset and Joeys Pasta Deli. 6. Goodland is also a fun town a few miles down the road for music and drinks. 7. Boating is great on the Everglade airboats and the morning fishing trips.Hope you have as much fun we have. A great couples vacation, also plenty of room to bring your family! This beautifully decorated meticulous home was a great start to our first visit to Marco Island. It’s a great location for exploring all the island had to offer. This home has been beautifully updated and has a great floor plan, master on one side of the house and guest bedrooms and full bath on the other(even a in law suite in lower level). The center of the home is a large living room open to the dining area and kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed. The back wall is all sliding glass doors making it so bright and light! They are drapes for privacy and to help be more energy efficient by keeping the sun out in the afternoon.We loved the privacy and convience of having a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, Lania and screen porch and shaded spaces with lots of comfy outdoor furnishings. We loved eating out side. The beds and linens are very comfortable and quality.You will love the location short easy drive to Beaches,restaurants,stores and a great neighborhood for walking.We thank the owners for their hospitality!

Told the kids they could each invite a friend and we booked this great property. Located in a quiet neighborhood and good location, this is a modern, clean, well equipped house. Has a great living room setup that promoted family togetherness, great upstairs deck (with high quality furniture) overlooking the pool & hot tub, which worked perfectly once we figured out how to work the control panel inside. Kitchen well stocked, and high quality quality throughout. Had a flameout while cooking on the clean grill, no worries, there was a spare propane tank. Owners were easily accessible via email as well. They have thought of nearly everything, and we are uniquely qualified to say this as we are also owners of a rental.Don’t hesitate to book this house.

This was the perfect family getaway, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We brought the whole family, grandparents, parents and kids (6 & 3) and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The lanai provided a great place to quietly read a book and drink coffee before the kids woke up. The massive sliding doors really opened up the space! Everyone loved the pool area; you can tell some serious planning went into the details of this space! The beach was just a few minutes down the road. We got some great seashells! I also appreciated the notes attached to items (i.e. the coffee maker) on how to use them. Can't wait to go back to this beautiful place!

Thank you for making this vacation truly relaxing! The house is perfect — everything you need is available. The kitchen is a dream to work in, the owners have provided everything you’ll need to make your meals at home so that you can enjoy the upstairs lanai for dining - no meals were eaten inside! The pool and spa tub were definitely the highlight, every afternoon turned into a lazy one, using the pool floats and chairs on the sun shelf to nap, read a book, or just dream. The house is tastefully decorated and really well appointed, with plenty of bath towels and beach towels, and laundry in the main bath. It’s a quiet neighborhood but close to the grocery store, and an easy drive to anything on the island. I hope to come back next year!

This house had absolutely everything that we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked (literally, they had every appliance we could need), TVs in every every bedroom & very large TV in living room, plenty of towels, etc. The highlight of the house is definitely the pool. We stayed at the house for 5 weeks and used the pool every single day. It was wonderful. The house is especially nice if you are traveling with parents or have someone visiting, the downstairs area is completely separate & private. A rare situation to find. And last but definitely not least - the lanai, so, so nice. We ate dinner outside every night and was wonderful to have the grill right next to the table. If we returned to Marco Island we would definitely stay at this house again!

Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home on Marco Island! We enjoyed every aspect of this house. Loved the pool, hot tub and pool area – plenty of room for adults, big kids and little kids! The house itself has everything you could want, lots of space to hang out with family or spend time by yourself, great kitchen and living area, comfortable beds and huge, beautiful porch area. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much for allowing my family the opportunity to spend a week at your amazing home! We all loved everything about it! My five-year old grandaughter learned to swim and her 3 year-old brother never wanted to get out of the pool. My granddaughter also had her first visit from the tooth fairy while we were there. We took walks and saw turtles, were close to the stores and the beach and had ice cream at Annies more than once. A great vacation and a lot of wonderful memories for all. We appreciated every minute of it!

We rented this home through based only on the description, pictures and reviews. The process was easy and efficient. The rental agency was prompt, professional and accommodating.But the best part was the home, It was lovelier in realty than the pictures revealed. The home was roomy, meticulously maintained, and tastefully decorated...while maintaining the warmth of a home. The owners thoughtfully provided everything one could need or want in a vacation home...the kitchen is wonderfully appointed, the grilling station, the outdoor lanai with dining areas, on two levels, the gorgeous heated pool and spa, the beach chairs and toys, all make vacation life as easy and enjoyable as it can be. The neighborhood is quiet and near stores and beaches.The owners, Ken and Sue are a pleasure to deal with; friendly and responsive to one's questions and needs. One can feel their sincere desire to make one feel at home and have the best vacation possible. And they deliver. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It's so cozy and made us feel so comfortable. The owners have everything decorated and maintained this home so well and have thought of every amenity. Comfortable beds, comfortable pool loungers, well equipped kitchen, plastic glasses for use by the pool -- there was not a single thing we missed having!The area is so quiet and we loved seeing the "gopher tortoises" during our daily walks. My niece ran to the beach each morning and saw dolphins on many occasions and beautiful sunrises. Everyone in the neighborhood we encountered was so friendly and accommodating.I would highly recommend this location for the perfect relaxing vacation with a great pool and hot tub as well as plenty to do on the island. We can't wait to return!

Today is our last day in Marco. We hate to leave and go back to snow. We made some great memories and a lot of fun. We wanted to let you know that we truly enjoyed being at your home for the past 2 weeks. The setup was great for our family and significant others. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was awesome. My husband runs a pool company and was impressed by how well the pool was built. The house was nice and AWESOME! Plenty of room for the kids to play and everyone hang out! I was a little disappointed in paying a cleaning fee and the house not being fully cleaned when we arrived. Marco Island is our family get-away every year, but this year was by far the best, thanks to this amazing house! We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, swimming, hanging in the hot tub or just watching nature from the deck. We hardly even left the house as it had everything we needed! Maybe just for the occasional sunset at the beach :-) My mom even came with us and was able to have her own space with the little apartment-like room downstairs. Much needed quality family time for all. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. You can walk to the market. All other major stores are about 10 to 15 minutes away. Beautiful beaches 5 to 10 minutes away. Relaxing home that has everything you need. We really enjoyed our time. Marco Island is paradise.

We have stayed here twice now and it has easily become our favorite winter tradition. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for couples to stay in and have their own private space including full bathroom, kitchen and living room. The king sized bed is so comfortable you can’t help but sleep in. Right outside is a beautiful pool with a sun shelf to hangout on and read a good book. Plus a hot tub! We cooked both inside and on the gas grill outside and had our meals on lanai with a beautiful view. The neighborhood is great to walk around and all the stores are super close by. They even have turtles that roam around the backyard! Love this place and the owners are amazingly thoughtful and accommodating. They make sure you have a list of all the places to visit on the island and any information you need about your stay. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 spent 7 of the most relaxing days at this house! From the moment we walked in, the space was even more than the pictures online portrayed. Tastefully decorated and included all of the amenities as if we were home. Our boys LOVED the sailboat themed room complete with their own TV haha! We had extended family from Texas join us for part of the week, so the in-law suite was perfect. Many comfortable areas to sit out- the lanai and pool area were spacious. We especially loved the sunshelf in the pool and heated spa! There were pool noodles, balls, and beach toys for the kids. It’s also a great neighborhood and very close to stores, restaurants, the beach. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!

We enjoyed ten relaxing days in this lovely home in mid-May. Every aspect of the property is tastefully and thoughtfully designed. There was absolutely nothing that we lacked to make our vacation complete! This kitchen is better equipped than my kitchen at home! The choice of areas in which to relax include the great room with large screen tv, the beautifully decorated screen porch and the amazing pool complete with spa! My nephew came for a few days and was more than comfortable in the well appointed in-law apartment. From the linens, the furnishings, to the most minute detail; these owner's thought of everything!

I stayed at the Gravelle's home in March of 2017. Let me say, this house is huge and it has everything you could need (beach towels, chairs, cooler, hair-dryers, washer and dryer etc.). The kitchen has everything you need, I have a harder time finding a spatula in my own home. There are big screen TVs in in master bedroom, great room and the living area with TVs in most of the rooms (not the bathrooms ). The beds are amazingly comfortable with plenty of bedding AND pillows! The in-law suite is great! Very large with a living area and full bath and just a 3 seconds from the pool & spa.Seriously you will never want to leave the house, until you step out on the huge lanai overlooking the pool and spa. The screened lanai has an awesome grill, sitting area and a table for the entire family. Then when you are ready to jump in the pool which is also screened.Oh Yeah, Marco Island is great as well. Try the Snook Inn for some awesome food!I could not make it back this March, but may still get there this year.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. We stayed there with friends. Our friends stayed in the house, and my husband and I stayed in the separate guest suite. For us, it was truly the best of both worlds. We could enjoy our friends' company, but also have some privacy. We all enjoyed the pool and the spa. The owners thought of everything. All the beds were extremely comfortable. There were televisions in each bedroom. The house was beautifully decorated and the floor plan worked well for all of us. There were hair dryers in every bathroom. We all truly enjoyed all the amenities the home offered. We often ate outside at the table on the big screened in deck and barbecued or conversed in the sitting area. The weather could not have been better. We found everything we needed in the large, well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed everything Marco Island had to offer. We enjoyed shelling on the beach, eating lunch on a leisurely boat cruise, going on an airboat ride, watching the sunsets, and dining at the Snook Inn. We highly recommend this vacation house. It is a gem. We will certainly be back!
