Check-in: After 4pm. You will access unit with keypad code for front door to Inn and your studio. Key code access will be provided prior to your arrival for easy access. NO EARLY CHECK-IN PERMITTED UNLESS APPROVED IN ADVANCE. Call us at to inquire about an early check-in.
Check-out: Before or by 10:30am. A housekeeper will be at the unit NO LATER THAN 11am to clean. Guests MUST EXIT the unit NO LATER THAN 10:30am UNLESS A LATE CHECK OUT IS APPROVED a minimum of 1 day prior to your departure date in which case an additional fee may be accessed. Call us at to inquire.
Parking: Unit does not include parking. Self Parking is available at private garage located directly across the street from the Sunset Inn for an additional fee.
Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the unit. Smoking permitted on the balcony with BALCONY DOOR CLOSED. In the event that smoking inside the unit occurs or smoke is detected inside the unit a $250.00 fee will be charged to the guest.
Credit Card on File/Damage Insurance: All guests staying at this property will be providing a credit and a hold of $200 will be put on that Card with that hold released within 48 hours of departure.

Where is property located?
In the historic Downtown South Miami district at 5852Sunset Drive. Building features 2 businesses on ground floor (Vitacam and Carrot Express) with the Sunset Inn on the 2nd floor.
Where is the entrance to the Inn?
The walk-up entrance (1 flight of stairs) is on the west side of building. Look for the sign on the canvas awning detailing Inn entrance.
Do I need to check-in at a certain time or location?
No. For safety purposes we now allow all guests to self check-in. A unique code to your unit and building will be provided to you the day prior to your arrival enabling you to check-in without contact to anyone else. So, if you arrive very late you will get right in.
