Beautiful Beachy Condo

Friendly, cheerfully decorated, spacious and well-equipped condo has everything you need for a wonderful Florida getaway. Full length, screened lanai was used daily with the added bonus of an outdoor grill! Very comfortable for 2 couples. Great location. Owner is a delight. Highly recommend and hope to visit again!

A real winner!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo this past April. Everything from arrival to our unfortunate departure was perfect. The unit itself was spotlessly clean which is a huge deal for me. The cupboards are filled with everything you would need for any cooking you would want to do. The vaulted ceilings made the space feel huge. It was always filled with lots of sunlight. The screened in lanais is super comfortable and a well thought out space. Tables for eating, couches and comfy chairs for relaxing and an outdoor bbq and sink for cooking. The lanais looks out over a beautiful water feature and a fountain makes for some really relaxing moments. The people who live in the complex were all so kind and inviting. The community pool was clean and very nice, including the lazy river!! The condo is close to all amenities. Shopping and a multitude of restaurants are all at your fingertips. A short 15 min drive away is Marco Island. A beautiful place to visit with equally gorgeous beaches. We can’t wait to go back!! Trust me when I say that you won’t be disappointed. That is until you have to leave!

Best rental in Naples

This condo that we rented was our favourite so far. It was perfect for what we needed. First off ill say that I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and in this case I found nothing whatsoever that distressed me. That’s a major bonus for us! There is absolutely everything you could ever need in there. The view from the screened in balcony is beautiful and the sound of the water is very relaxing. The outdoor bbq is also a really nice touch. The unit feels very spacious with the high vaulted ceilings and its always filled with so much sunlight. The condo is close to everything you could ever need and only an approx 10-15 minute drive to Marco Island beaches and shopping. The nice thing about it not being in the beach area is that it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. The full time residents that live in the complex were all so nice and welcoming. One of them even invited my wife and I over for burgers that they had on the bbq as we were walking by. The pool is lovely and there’s tennis and pickle ball courts too. All in all it was our favourite time staying in Naples and largely in part due to our beautiful condo that we had. Thanks a million times over for such a lovely experience. We will be back shortly for another visit.

Super Condo!

We spent 32 nights in a unit which vastly exceeded our expectations. It was really a home away from home with everything one needs. This was especially important for us as travelers from abroad who couldn't carry much with us. The unit was elegantly furnished. We appreciated the bikes and beach equipment provided. The owner Marc was always reachable and when a beach umbrella broke down he had a replacement sent via Amazon. Falling Waters is a lovely gated community near everything with a swimming pool as well as a large and long wading pool and Club house. As seasoned travelers this was the nicest unit we have ever stayed in during our US visits. Thank you Marc for an enjoyable stay in your exceptional condo and we look forward to renting it again on our next visit to Naples.

Wonderful Condo

The condo is very nice. The lanai is beautiful. It was clean and well equipped. It is also a very close walk to the pool. Marc, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer. He answered any questions immediately. I would stay here again.

Has everything you need!

This condo was exactly as pictured and had everything you need and more. It is located in an older, very quiet community where neighbors all knew each other and were welcoming. The community posts monthly activities at both the community center, pools, and courts for those wanting to participate. The location was perfect for visiting Marco Island, and expect 25-30 min commute into downtown Naples and South-central Naples beaches. The owners provide pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, a small cooler and an abundance of linens, towels and cookware/dishes. We loved the convenience of having a Publix, gym and salon across the street not to mention many restaurant options. The condo is the perfect size for 2-4 people and you will have your own private garage. The owners were the perfect hosts and furnished the condo with great care and class. Everything was top of the line.

Paradise at home

Marc and Susan have been able to make their condo a feeling of paradise. Yet your home away from home. It’s interior design is beautifully done. Condo has everything you would need or want. Just pack your clothes. They have provided everything, bikes, gas grill, appliance’s, endless list of amenities. Being on the upper level also gives you the cathedral ceiling for a grand effect. Falling Waters resort also has everything. The relaxing lazy river, additional pool, assorted sports, and clubhouse. Thank you Marc and Susan for making our first Florida trip a memorable one.

Beautiful Condo with Everything You Need!

Naples is a great vacation spot with lots of restaurants and great beaches. But sometimes you want a pool and Falling Waters Beach Resort has that pool! A lazy river that gently floats you around the tropical setting. Just gorgeous and children friendly at only 3 feet deep all around.This condo is beautifully decorated and is very well thought out - includes night lights, iphone charging pads and a great big Smart TV with cable and Netflix and WiFi included. There's a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of pots and pans to do your own cooking.The view from the second floor balcony is wonderful and I was able to watch some amazing lightning storms (it was August after all!)Marc was easy to work with once the ball was rolling and very responsive via text or phone. Highly recommend this condo for your Naples stay.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

We really enjoyed this lovely and comfortable condo in Falling Waters Beach Resort. The condo was well stocked with almost anything you would need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the garage. Much of what brought that we thought we would need we never used. The owner had two great riding bikes and a super large propane grill. Plus we were able to keep our truck safe in the garage. The location was great and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back in the future.

Just as Pictured

Condo is just as the pictures portray. It was very clean and spacious. Everything you need is provided. Plenty of linens, towels, kitchen items and washer & dryer, which is nice when staying longer than a week. The Lanai is super nice and has plenty of room. WiFi worked great, both bedrooms have a TV and there was a nice Bosch radio. Falling Waters is spotless and the landscaping and grounds are maintained daily. We loved the Lazy River pool. Plenty of nice lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. It is close to many restaurants, Publix Market, Walmart and shopping. Beautiful Marco Island beaches and Naples beaches just a short 15 minute drive too. The owners were great to work with; very accommodating, flexible with the pandemic and quick to respond to emails. A great rental great price great location.
