Veneto Home is a street away from the 5 Star Amenities Resort Club and is situated on a corner lot, private end of the street circle street. This Mediterranean inspired Luxury Estate single family home with interior professionally designed living space and beautiful entertaining décor, features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite overlooking private lanai are with pool with covered outdoor Barbecue kitchen area and entertaining fridge with outdoor big screen TV lounge. Home has a walk-in closet with customized shelving with Master Bath that has its own entrance to pool, with oversized shower. The living room and spacious family room merge for endless entertainment options overlooking lanai pool. The chef's open concept entertaining kitchen with double ovens, features a formal dining room for family meals, as well as a welcoming breakfast bar. A separate guest on suite with office. There's a 2 car garage, Washer/dryer, fans each room, Wi-Fi, Netflix, beach chairs and beach cooler provided.
The property is overlooking the preserve, bordering 100 and ten thousand acre Rookery Bay, National Estuarine, and view of conservation, 37 lakes and 100s of species of wildlife in backyard, near the Everglades National Park, largest subtropical wilderness in the United States.

Treviso Bay is a 5 minute drive to Luxury 5th Avenue South and the famous Naples Pier / Beach ( Sunny Naples has 10 miles of pristine beaches ), and Tin City/Harbour (Olde Naples).

Total Maximum occupancy at this vacation rental is 8 persons. Children, and Toddlers, must be included within the maximum occupancy ( Infants are exempt). Bedrooms sleep 6, pullout couch for 7/8th child).
$30 (Per Vehicle) Gate Transponder Fee purchased from Condo Association (Optional).
For monthly bookings, on the lease there is a Utility Cap mentioned, that if the utilities exceed it is extra.
A Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the property, larger deposits may be called for extended stays.

Why this property? Everything is all on property no need to rent a car. Poolside grill and drink service, or can order food from our 2 restaurants on property for takeout (even our chefs homemade Pizza from our Clubhouse Fire Burning Pizza Oven).

Do you accept 1 month bookings in-season.
We are accepting 1- 3 month bookings in-season from January February until the end of April (can include May). Off-season rate offers coming soon.
If we are interested in golfing how does the golf membership get transferred to my family.
The golf membership is only offered for minimum of 1 month bookings or more, and it only is available for your family unit members, golf cart fee is extra per player. The golf transfer fee is optional and is a one time fee. approx and it covers 1-3 months of golf. Public golfers or other resorts cannot play on our course in-season. Please see fees listed in the rate section.
Is there a maid service for our stay?
Maid services are available at an extra cost and need to be pre-booked. In addition, a Maid fee is required upon departure to prepare the unit for the next guests arrival.
Is there Beach Parking?
There are 33 parking entrances to the beach in Naples, and Marco Island has 1. You can pre-pay with a credit card at the meters and the meter notifies you by phone to ad more money. Or you can purchase a pass at the local community centre for unlimited parking for the month for unlimited parking. We also supply all the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc..)
Do I have to bring my own linen?
The place is fully equipped with supplies, bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories and entertaining dishes etc...
Do I need a car to get to "all the 5 Star amenities" on property.
The property is very big to get from one end to the other to the golf course (with bike or walking paths), however our place 1 street away from the big pool, gym, tennis courts etc... We do have a shuttle service on property (with a set schedule).
I would like to rent my own golf cart for the family to use for a few weeks to use to get around to the amenities on property.
There are golf cart rentals next door to our property.
