Treviso Bay is a 5 minute drive to Luxury 5th Avenue South and the famous Naples Pier / Beach ( Sunny Naples has 10 miles of pristine beaches ), and Tin City/Harbour (Olde Naples).

Total Maximum occupancy at this vacation rental is 8 persons. Children, and Toddlers, must be included within the maximum occupancy ( Infants are exempt). Bedrooms sleep 6, pullout couch for 7/8th child).
$30 (Per Vehicle) Gate Transponder Fee purchased from Condo Association (Optional).
For monthly bookings, on the lease there is a Utility Cap mentioned, that if the utilities exceed it is extra.
A Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the property, larger deposits may be called for extended stays.

We are accepting 1- 3 month bookings in-season from January February until the end of April (can include May). Off-season rate offers coming soon.
The golf membership is only offered for minimum of 1 month bookings or more, and it only is available for your family unit members, golf cart fee is extra per player. The golf transfer fee is optional and is a one time fee. approx and it covers 1-3 months of golf. Public golfers or other resorts cannot play on our course in-season. Please see fees listed in the rate section.
Maid services are available at an extra cost and need to be pre-booked. In addition, a Maid fee is required upon departure to prepare the unit for the next guests arrival.
There are 33 parking entrances to the beach in Naples, and Marco Island has 1. You can pre-pay with a credit card at the meters and the meter notifies you by phone to ad more money. Or you can purchase a pass at the local community centre for unlimited parking for the month for unlimited parking. We also supply all the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc..)
The place is fully equipped with supplies, bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories and entertaining dishes etc...
The property is very big to get from one end to the other to the golf course (with bike or walking paths), however our place 1 street away from the big pool, gym, tennis courts etc... We do have a shuttle service on property (with a set schedule).
There are golf cart rentals next door to our property.
