Welcome to Villa Pine and step into this delightful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is situated 2.5 blocks from the beach. Lauderdale by the Sea is a hidden gem in South Florida and the perfect beach town for families. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your relaxing vacation. AND NO CAR NEEDED!
Entering the home on the ground floor, you are greeted by a living room that offers a smart 50" TV and a queen size sleeper sofa, ( serving as a 5th open bedroom). As you walk past the open staircase, you will find an open floor plan offering a powder room, dining table that sits 7 people, an open family room, 55"Smart TV with DVD player, over 100 DVDs to chose from There are also books and plenty of board games. The kitchen is warm and inviting with breakfast bar for 5 . There is a smaller room on the ground floor equipped with a queen size bed, smart TV . Adjacent to the room, is a large walk in laundry room off the kitchen, also equipped with washer & dryer. There is a fabulous, unobstructed view of the pool from the living areas and kitchen.
Sliding doors in the family room which lead to the large awning that covers the patio area overlooking the extremely private resort style pool with waterfall.
The rear patio offers 4 lounge chairs, outside dining table for 6/7, cocktail table for 3, gas BBQ and a charcoal grill.
Off the foyer of the second floor, you will find the primary suite which offers a king size bed, a 55" TV and a full size crib. There is a large walk-in closet and a private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table overlooking the pool. The bathroom offers a full size jacuzzi spa tub. Bedroom two has a low European style platform king size bed and TV. Bedroom three offers twin beds, TV. There is a second full size bathroom with tub and shower. There are also 2 pack and plays.
The paved driveway in front of garage easily accommodates 4 sedan cars.

This villa is ideal for guests in search of a relaxing getaway, in an extremely private setting, with the convenient accessibility to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket( on corner ), diving shops, CVS, Yoga, ice cream shops, fantastic pizza places, live bands and our lovely pier.Just 2.5 miles away is the Water Taxi stop to take the family and jump on and discover all of Fort Lauderdale with a guide.
The bridge from Fort Lauderdale into Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is like a portal to vacation world. Cross over, and suddenly ho-hum drugstores and fast-food restaurants transform into vibrant shops and cafes. The streets become lined with twinkle lightwrapped palm trees, and the extra-wide sidewalks are speckled with outdoor dining tables and flip-flop-wearing locals. The change of pace is palpable. The sun seems to shine a little brighter, giving everything a candy-coated gleam, and the soft breeze holds the faintest scent of saltwater.

It feels like a little Shangri-La nestled in a very quiet street and completely private. The street starts at the intercoastal and ends at the Pine Portal (beach access with shower) You have the shopping plaza with everything you need just at the corner of the street. NO need for car as I also have a shopping cart for groceries and a beach cart to take all your things to the beach. About the owner: I am very friendly, very attentive and my guests comfort is extremely important to me. I am always available at just a phone call or text or email away. It takes me less than 15 minutes to reply but usually sooner.
I have 2 other homes in Lauderdale by the Sea and 3 apts mins from Hollywood Beach, FL
Why this property? This home is more of a homey beach home that doesnt feel like a rental. I used to live here with my kids that are now grown and moved away. So its still "my home" and feels very relaxed. You cannot beat the location as you do not even need a car. Its quiet and safe and the street starts at the beach and ends at the intercoastal waterway so its a dead end.No through traffic.

We stayed for 10 days at Sandra’s house in Lauderdale By The Sea. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location of the house was amazing. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was in great condition and very well kept. There were 10 of us including my 2 year old granddaughter. The outdoor area including the pool and barbecues were fabulous. Sandra supplies everything you need for the beach including a beach trolley, chairs and umbrellas. The only criticism I have is that I found the master bedroom bed uncomfortable and the house is in need of new frying pans. Besides that I would highly recommend this accommodation. Sandra is a lovely warm, helpful host. We are looking forward to returning at some point.

Perfect area, perfect house, perfect host!!! Just had a family reunion in Lauderdale by the Sea. What a great town you are near everything beaches restaurants and shops. You don’t even need a car everything is in walking distance. My only problem was that it was hard to get my family out of this fantastic house. The house had everything you needed a great pool all the modern conveniences and plenty of games to play. Sandra our host was very professional and a real sweetheart. Any questions I had for her she would get right back to me. I could not have been more satisfied. I did a poll with my family on how many stars we would give The house and vacation. Every single one said five stars which is incredible because my family doesn’t agree on anything. Trust me if you are looking for the time of your life you must rent this house you can’t go wrong. Thank you Sandra’s for one of my most cherished memories.️️

Great location - grocery and beach are within walking distance. Pool was heated and enjoyed by all. House was family friendly including tons of baby toys, a crib and pack and play. Would visit again without any hesitation.

This condo was amazing! Sandra had everything we needed and so much more. She added so many extras that was over and above the basic needs. The home was clean and well kept and she was very responsive if I had a question. The location was perfect. Could walk to Lauderdale by the Sea in about 15 min. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect and suited all of our needs. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beach cart came in very handy along with the umbrellas! The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations! We have visited anywhere from Miami Beach , surfside, Hollywood beach and now lauderdale by the sea. We have stayed in hotels with kitchenettes, and a home one other time and have been searching to find a spot to come back to. All of us were sad to leave but can’t wait to come again! Sandra was helpful and very nice!

This Home is really nice. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is roomy and clean, very comfortable . It was only a few minute walk to the beach , Fun in the Sun! The pool is amazing. Our host Sandra was there to meet us and answered all our questions. We were very impressed.. We plan to make this a yearly vacation stop for our Family. Like I said in my opening I'll be back.. We booked a stay at Villa Pine & thoroughly enjoyed! There were 6 of us and the home easily accommodated us. Sandra, the owner, was especially nice - very outgoing, she cares about her guests and property and made sure to let us know we could contact her for any questions/concerns. A huge plus is the location - walking distance to a beautiful beach (wasn’t crowded), to a Publix grocery store and to a cute little town center with small shops and restaurants. Nice private pool and patio in the back of the home and we were blessed with great weather! Highly recommend.

This house will fool from the outside but don’t let that deter you from going inside or else you will miss this gem. Inside is an oasis waiting for you to enjoy yourself while relaxing on the patio by the pool. Great location has everything you need pool jacuzzi and grill! Grocery store in walking distance and many restaurants in close proximity. The host has quick responses and will abide to anything needed to make your stay more comfortable. Check it out you won’t regret it.

We took our family to Florida in December instead of buying Christmas gifts. The house and pool were beautiful. Great location! We were able to walk to everything. Sandra answered my text messages right away and took care of anything we needed. I would recommend this house and hope to come back!
