This third story furnished (we can rent annually unfurnished)
condominium has an outstanding view down three canals and offers
beautiful vistas from screened balconies. It is situated in
Apollo Beach in the quiet and secure Anchor Point condominium complex.
Renters will enjoy wireless internet, new hardwood floors in the
living and bedroom areas, tiled floor in the
kitchen and eating areas and upgraded appliances. One bath has been
remodeled to included
an easy-access shower. This quiet complex has a nice common
area, pool, tennis court and first-come, first served boat docks. Tampa, its attractions and
airport are about 35 minutes away. The beach is a 10 minute walk or 2
minute drive!

Nice area and very friendly. Loved the Apollo Beach Nature Park which is in walking distance. We did see lots of manatees, loved all the fresh produce, and if you like Flea Markets there are many in the area. The view off the lanai was great watched many beautiful sunsets off of it.

We spent the month of March there. We are going back again next year. We really enjoyed the place. It was perfect for our needs.

I didn't stay here

Beware of reviews. They asked me to write review of place I never stayed at. In fact, I didn't even go to Florida at all! I could have written a faulty review just to be a jerk.

Great Stay!

My husband, 6 year old son and I stayed at Steven's place for 6 months after moving from Missouri. The place was comfortable, clean, had very friendly neighbors and the view is AMAZING! The pictures don't do this place justice. Some of the furniture is out dated and the wallpaper in one of the bedrooms definitely dates the place, BUT it didn't take away from our overall satisfaction. And the price was just right, a bargain if you ask me.We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Finding this place was like hitting the jackpot!

My wife and I recently retired and wanted to spend a couple months away from the cold northern winter. Finding this place was like hitting the jackpot! The neighbors at Anchor Point are friendly and welcoming. The condo is convenient to many nice restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance or just a short drive. If you like to fish we caught a wide variety of fish in the canal right out the back door…while soaking up the sun. The view of the canals and sunset from the balcony are gorgeous. Had a great “winter” and hope to return in the future.
