Jay's Getaway Cape Coral Country Club Blvd Home is a three bedroom and two bathroom home which is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, with gorgeous open space views of a beautiful park like setting. This area is also surrounded by waterfront homes on glistening canals. Make wonderful memories in this comfortable home, fully equipped with everything to ensure your vacation to be special and relaxing. The home is the perfect size, about 1500 square feet with an open great room living room area, full size cherry dining room that seats six comfortably, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and VERY CLEAN, warm and inviting with everything you'll need, including soft linens, comfortable beds, throw blankets, etc. to make you feel at home.. The home is tastefully decorated with artwork from local artists, tropical Florida style.

The home comes with all you need for a relaxing vacation including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and even bikes. The home has a fully equipped kitchen to entertain your guests or family members including NEW Stainless Steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher! Also coffee maker, toaster, can opener, mixer, pots & pans, dishes and glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and even a blender to whip up some frozen drinks or smoothies
Also includes a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Located in the popular Cape Coral Country Club area close to yacht club area both are very pedestrian friendly great for walking your dog and biking! The large front yard and backyard to accommodate your pets and has BBQ gas grill to enjoy the outdoors too!
Fully equipped with central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. The Master Bedroom boasts a Pranasleep comfortable king bed and private bathroom with NEW shower, Dual sinks/vanities and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There also is a Double Bed in the third bedroom and TWO Queen size sleeper sofa beds in livingroom so home sleeps 6 comfortably and 8 with kids. There are all kinds of sand toys for the kids, tennis racquets, beach chairs, bikes, etc. The Cape Coral yacht club beach and fishing pier(Currenty closed for renovations) just a few miles away, where snapper, redfish and even sharks and tarpon have been caught!
The location is what makes it truly special, just a few minutes to the Caloosahatchee river, our inter coastal waterway, and just over the Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers and the beautiful gulf beaches only 20 minutes away! The home is clean and comfortable and nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous views of wildlife in a park like setting right in your backyard! Neighborhoods surrounding have beautiful canal front single family homes. Several waterfront parks within minutes where you can enjoy kayaking or Stand-up paddle boarding. Also boat rentals available at the nearby Marinas.
Although there is no pool on site, the Cape Coral Yacht Cub is just minutes away, along with the yacht club beach, where folks gather to watch beautiful sunsets with the awesome Boathouse restaurant overlooking the Caloosahatchee River. Other waterfront restaurants close by are Boathouse Pinchers seafood, Rum Runners, Fathoms, Marker 92 and the Naughty Mermaid!
Only 20-30 minutes and you are at Fort Myers or Sanibel Island beaches, Shopping outlets and too many local historical museums and attractions, to mention.
If you like sports, Fort Myers is home to two spring training baseball teams the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox, with stadiums at Lee County sports complex and JetBlue Park just over the bridge in Fort Myers.
The City of Cape Coral is quaint and boasts a pedestrian friendly downtown area less than 10 minutes away with many of the BEST restaurants Southwest Florida has to offer. This was our first extended visit to Florida and after Hurricane Ian had a direct hit on the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area, we were apprehensive about what we would find. There was damage in the area, to be sure, but this house was unaffected. It was great! It had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The large back yard abuts a natural area that has a walking path and provides a nice vista when we were in the lanai. Our hosts, Jay and Allison, were very friendly and were always available but never intrusive. As an example, when we had a problem with the gas grill, they promptly provided a brand new replacement. The location of the house is within minutes of a lot of really good restaurants. Be sure to try the Twisted Lobster and Rumrunners. We hated that we had to leave.

Perfect vacation home for couple, family or like us (two couples and little dog). Extra bedroom great for other family to stay for visit. House just as advertised and pictured in Florida Rentals. The house has everything you need to spend a month or more in Florida. Two TVs, large DVD and CD selections. We cooked, grilled and baked and had all the necessary supplies to make our meals enjoyable. Sitting on the lanai having our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails looking out over the backyard and old golf course were quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Being able to walk the cart paths on the old golf course and the quiet neighborhood was a bonus. We even met the local pair of burrowing owls two doors down from the house. The house is on the quiet end of Country Club Blvd and close to Cape Coral Pkwy, convenient to stores, parks and restaurants. Jay made several recommendations on restaurants, parks and sight-seeing opportunities and we took advantage of all of them. Jay and Allison answered any of our questions promptly. We send a big ThankYou to Jay and Allison for allowing us to share their house, the extra nicieties they provided and welcome note we were greeted with. We would highly recommend staying in this newly renovated home on Cape Coral.

RICHARD D.GREAT PET FRIENDLY HOME
JAY AND ALLISON HAVE MADE AN OUT STANDING HOME ON COUNTRY CLUB BLVD. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH EVERY THING THAT YOU WOULD NEED, JUST BRING YOU TOOTH BRUSH. THE HOUSE SITS BY AN OLD GOLF COURSE WHICH IS GREAT FOR WALKS OR RUNS. THERE ARE MANY PLACES TO EAT WITH IN WALKING DISTANCE AND THE YACHT CLUB WITH BEACH AND POOL IS 5 MINUETS AWAY. IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE PEACE AND QUIET WITH YOUR PET THIS IS THE PLACE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL OUR FRIENDS.
