Bokeelia is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida at the northern tip of Pine Island with quick deep access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. You’re minutes by boat from the unspoiled beaches of Cayo Costa and Cabbage Key which has cheeseburgers and a vibe of “Cheeseburger in Paradise”. The Tarpon fishing of Boca Grande Pass is fantastic. You can be offshore in minutes for snapper, grouper, tuna or mahi-mahi or fish the backwaters for snook, sea trout, and redfish. Word has it that the waters around Pine Island are some of the best fishing spots in the world.

The 18 - hole public golf course at Alden Pines is located just 1.5 miles away and Pine Island itself has 18 miles of paved bike paths from the northern tip of Bokeelia to the southern tip of the island in St. James City. There are lots of places to launch kayaks and explore the local ecosystem.

Karen F.Perfect place to stay while visiting Pine Island!
This condo at Captains Harbor is the perfect place to stay while in Pine Island. It is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. There are bicycles for your use and bike paths throughout complex and on the road. The condo is well equipped throughout, tastefully decorated and updated bathrooms. The complex has a very nice heated pool, pickle ball/tennis courts and docks for boat and fishing. The owners think of everything and can be easily reached if needed. We would highly recommend.
