1100 sq. ft. Pelican Point is a well manicured gated community that folks return to year after year because it offers all one needs to have the perfect holiday or winter season. My unit is equipped with two flat screen TV’s, Wii games, many books, board games, DVD and all the linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen.
There is plenty of parking. The heated pool, with cabana is the gathering place.

We so enjoyed this condo, we have already booked for next year. A place to relax.. it has everything we needed for a great stay.. A perfect condo, perfect layout, perfectly furnished ..And a great spot to view rocket launches ((there were 6 while we were there)) ...We so enjoyed this gated Condo where everyone is so friendly and helpfull. With a Beautifull Pool to enjoy..Great restaurants nearby, close to great beaches and Kennedy Space Center. and a great park on Merritt island for Birdwatching, Can't wait for our next stay a this Condo .. thank you so much Linda , we had fun and so enjoyed your place !!

Debra K. S.Perfect location for beach or walking/biking nature trails
We have called this fully furnished condo home for seven winters. The condo is always clean, well maintained, comfortable and welcoming. There are good restaurants near-by but the kitchen is fully equipped for eat-in meal prep. Shopping, beaches and nature trails are just minutes away. The screened porch is perfect for watching rocket launches, morning coffee or happy hour with friends. Linda always checks to see that things are as promised.....they always are!

Troy N.Quiet condo with a great view of space launches
My wife and I stayed at the Pelican Point Condo for a little over one month. The condo was fully furnished and had all the necessities we needed. It was a very quiet location and a short commute from Kennedy Space Center. The rear screened enclosure has a great view of the water, sunrises, dolphins and rocket launches. The owner Linda was very accommodating and easy to deal with.

We so enjoyed this condo, we have already booked for next year. The owner was proactive in her communications to ensure everything went smoothly for us for the summer. The condo has the perfect amount of space, and was well furnished to the point where we needed to supply absolutely nothing.. This is a safe gated development with a lovely pool. The condo had a lovely enclosed terrace that directly faced the Cape Kennedy launch pad - making our stay even a little more perfect. Linda made her self available should we need to reach her. Everything went smoothly and was stress free. Perfect condo, perfect layout, perfectly furnished and a wonderful woman to work with.
