About the owner: My husband and I are retired from careers that took us to many countries throughout the world. We have family in Titusville and love the small town atmosphere and small town traffic.
Why this property? We are close to the Indian River on Rt 1 which will take you to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center and much more. Disney is only an easy hours drive from Titusville. Titusville has a small town atmosphere with less traffic than other larger cities.
This Condo is steps from a Pool to relax at the end of the day.

When relocating to the Titusville area, I wanted to find a nice short term rental in order to get to know the area before I decided to buy something. I decided to rent this place.It is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and easy viewing to the rocket launches, Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, etc. I rented here for 6 months.The condo is spacious and has all the necessities needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool right outside the backdoor was very convenient and kept very clean. The barbeque grill was wonderful to use. The neighbors were also nice and friendly. You are also able to make use of the Country Club for eating out. The food is delicious there.Not only did I find a great place to live for 6 months, I became friends with Dreena and her family. We make time to have lunch together when she is in town.I would recommend this a wonderful place to stay for any length of time.

First renters and arrived in time for New Years eve! Condo was located within the La Cita golf community! Condo was clean & well equipped. Spent the month at the pool just steps away outside the back door, great for sitting & reading in the sun. BBQ grill was need by. Owner was easy to work with & took care of any concerns. Hope to go back next year for 3 months.
