About this rental
Our condo is a townhouse style condo. It has a balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the lower level which is on the second floor of the condominium. The upper level has the master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath along with a second bedroom with two full size beds and a separate full bath. The full baths were updated in 2018. We have direct unobstructed ocean views from the balcony and living room as well as the master bedroom. The condo also has a swimming pool, tennis court and shuffleboard. There is a laundry room on the first level.
The condo is located in Flagler Beach which is between St. Augustine and Daytona and there are many good restaurants in the area. The condo is also located about 90 minutes from Disney and the other Orlando attractions.
During the months of June, July and August, we do Saturday to Saturday rentals only since it is our busiest season.
Flagler Beach is a family oriented beach and is a great place for a summer or winter family vacation.
The condo is fully licensed by the State of Florida, Flagler County (#1035) and the City of Flagler Beach for short term rentals of 7 days or more.

This condo has everything expected in the kitchen and in the linen closet. The owner is very great to work with. Oh and that view! There is an awesome ocean view and also a view of the intra coastal.

Very nice condo! Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Felt very safe riding the storm out. Glad there were games and a candle once we lost electricity. Maybe update games and check batteries in flashlights. Had a great vacation! Thank you!

Beach cozy, comfortable & clean fully stocked condo that makes you feel so at home you won’t want to leave. The views, the sounds, the people, the close convenience of the pool, beach, golf course, intracoastal waterway and state parks complete the package. I was lucky enough to come across my stay thru a late cancellation and Chuck & Judy could not have made this first time renter experience any easier, right down to helping me find a bike. (FYI who needs a car in Flagler? Great cycling town!) I would love to come back!

We have rented all over Florida and Chuck & Judy's condo is the best equipped and furnished one we have been in. So nice being yards from the Atlantic Ocean and seeing and hearing the crashing waves all day. The beach is great and the neighbors are so friendly. The condo complex is very well maintained with no sign of negligence. Location is excellent for exploring south and north. Flagler Beach is perfect size and very friendly.

EVERYTHING in the reviews above echoes my experience. What more can I say? Really cute condo. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice touches -- like blackout window shades in the bedrooms, night lights in the bathrooms, a closet full of beach chairs and a stack of beach towels. It feels very homelike.

First, the place is adorable and the location and views are everything you could wish for in a place to stay. Every morning, I would take my coffee on the balcony and watch the Flagler Beach waves. One particularly calm day, I saw lots of dolphins. What a treat! Very, very clean place and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and wonderful time.Secondly, Chuck and Judy could not be better hosts. I had arrived early before the cleaning was done on my check-in day. I was hoping to get into the unit a bit earlier for work purposes (I'm working remotely). My hosts contacted the cleaning crew to see if they might be finished earlier so I could check-in early, but given it was end of the month with busy cleaning schedules, my 4:00pm checkin would have to stay the same. But my lovely hosts went above and beyond in helping me find a local place for wifi so I could do my work and it worked out perfectly. Any questions I had at all, Chuck and Judy were there. I would just text and they responded so quickly, it was amazing.Third, Flagler Beach is a lovely place. It's not all built up like a lot of other Florida Beach towns and I sure hope it stays that way. It feels like the real deal. Very authentic and the people couldn't be nicer.I was only going to be there for a week and I enjoyed it so much that I stayed an additional week. I would recommend Chuck and Judy's place to anyone and I hope to go back again one day soon.

This pristine update condo was just what our family needed after this crazy last year. The 2 and a half baths were perfect for my older family of 5. Plenty of living space. Beautiful view. The pool was not crowded, the beach was across the street. The location was 5 minutes to the heart of flagler and 30 min to st. Augustine. The condo was super clean. We plan to stay there again as soon as we are able. Highly recommend!

We rented this pristine, updated condo for 2 weeks for our family of five. There was more than ample room for sleeping, eating and the 2 full and 1 half bath was perfect to accommodate my older family. The pool was not crowded and immaculate. It is 2 minutes to the uncrowded beach. It is close to st.augustine and the heart of flagler. We already plan to return to this little piece of beach paradise as soon as we are able. Highly recommend this place!!

We loved the wonderful ocean views and just steps to the beach! The condo worked great for our family with plenty of space, very clean with nice upgrades. The pool was an awesome place to take a break from the sand and enjoy the evenings. We would definitely go back!
