We have stayed in many oceanfront condo's but this one is very unique. Views from every room and an outdoor deck that wraps around the unit. Unbelievable sunrises as well as incredible sunsets from inside or out on the deck.
Area Information
Your Penthouse is uniquely located on a secluded beach in an undeveloped area between two large land mass state parks with the Intracoastal Waterway visible to the west. The surrounding undeveloped parks provide the solitude of un-crowded beaches where you can enjoy the sun, surf, swimming fishing, kite flying or just lying on the beach. It is approximately 20 min to Daytona Beach, 30 min to St Augustine, 45 min to Jacksonville and one hour to Orlando/Disney, and only a short drive to many golf courses. There are several excellent beach restaurants in the local communities. Including one of the best within a 10 minute walk. Come enjoy this jewel on the ocean while you take in the surroundings or just rest in quiet harmony with the sea. You will even like going to and from the Penthouse as you drive on a beachfront road with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Deposits: $300.00 weekly to $500.00 monthly, at contract signing: Returned 30 days after rental inspection by appointee. Full rental fee due 45 days prior to 1st day of stay - or less for short notice.
Short notice rentals can be paid in full via electronic funds transfer. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Exchange rate differences will be adjusted at the time of deposit return.

Other Fees: $125.00 cleaning fee.
25% cancellation fee for 30 days or less notice: with exceptions.
Late check out is subject to a charge equal to the seasonal daily per diem of $250.00 plus 12% tax and misc fees.
Extended stays (if available) are prioritized to assist current guests and must be paid in full before stay.

The penthouse is one of several condos rented by family members for a recent beach vacation. This particular condo is one we would be delighted to return to! It features a family-friendly layout and comfortable, attractive furnishings, as well as a private patio area with adjoining balcony. With its beachfront location, the penthouse also provides scenic views of ocean waves, sandy beaches, and pelican flybys. In addition, the owner is helpful and quick to respond to questions. Win-win situation!

Unit 401 is simply amazing!!! My family and I have been staying at ocean breeze for years and this was the first time that we stayed in unit 401, we won’t be staying anywhere else! Very well taken care of and all the amenities that you could ask for! I highly recommend staying here, as John was a wonderful host!

Ocean Breezes (previously Ocean Beach Club II) has been our family vacation destination since I was 14 years old (now 53). It seems like we have tried every unit in the complex over the years, but since we found Unit 401, we'll never choose another one. We love the breeze, the views, the huge patio, the openness of the unit, a laundry set in the unit, a hose right on the patio, and my personal favorite - a bathtub for me in the guest bath (and a stand alone shower for my husband in the master)! Obviously the bathtub is a BIG DEAL for me. The kitchen is well supplied, the a/c gets to a comfortable temperature, the balcony "lifeguard chairs" are the perfect height and are awesome at any part of the day, there are plenty of towels, keypad entry (so you don't have to remember the key), comfortable furnishings and a good sized den TV (plus tv's in each bedroom). I love that the new owners (and previous owners) use furnishings that feel like a home, not a typical "beach" rental with plastic furniture, cheap finishes, etc.. I can promise you that I will change my vacation week to make sure that my husband and I get this unit. It even has a great desk space to work if you have to work on vacation (like we do). Communication with the owner is exceptional, and as much as I hate to tell anyone else about this diamond, it seems right to do so. See you next year John!

Thank you Dave & Jean for allowing our family to enjoy your beach home! Our family stayed at this condo 6/14-6/21/19. We visit Flagler Beach yearly and have stayed at three other condos in the Ocean Breeze over that past summers. By far, this unit is the nicest one we have stayed in! The views are the obvious reason we were drawn to booking it in the first place. However. the modern, clean, comfy/cozy interior decor exceeded our expectations. The owners are pleasant to work with and offer a fair price for their property. The complex itself remains well kept, family friendly and offers the relaxed charm to help ensure an enjoyable vacation while in Flagler Beach.
