We had 18 in our group, all 17 years of age or Above and this house was great. Has private pool and basketball court. Short walk to the beach. Only drawback is beach area when using the beach access is private so you have to rent an umbrella/chairs or walk a piece down to the public beach. This was our second time staying here and will be back! The owner, Jay, is so easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Our family of 12 just stayed here and it was wonderful! Very clean. The kitchen had everything you will need. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. And Jay contacted us personally to make sure everything was in order when we arrived. There were absolutely no negatives. If you choose this for your vacation you will be very pleased. Five stars for sure.

Yes. The largest outlet mall in the country and it’s at the top of the street.
Yes- Bistrology is a new cool place less than half a mile. 5 Guys-Whataburger- and Chick Fila. Plus lost Pizza and several others including the Surf Hut.
Yes the vendor will be on the beach and there are always chairs available.
