My bride Kristalynn and I live in Texas and have six children and 2 grandchildren. Our children range in ages 13 yrs to 42 yrs. We each grew up close to the ocean, I am from Boston and my bride lived in Hawaii. We love beautiful beaches and can not be away from them for long periods of time. I bought our 1st beach house (71701) for my bride's birthday. We gutted the house down to the studs and completely remodeled it. I decided to start renting the house to make up for some of the monthly expenses and it turned into a great small business. We named our home Summerwind (after the Frank Sinatra song that played at our wedding). We decided to expand in 2005 and bought another house in Panama City Beach (67499) and renovated that as well. Both houses have been a wonderful blessing for us. The families we meet and the memories they make at our homes are a precious gift. Guests have told me stories of their children asking them, 'when are we going back to our beach house'. That is so satisfying to us. Summerwind is truly your 'home away from home' .We have been looking at buying another house in 2012 and now that goal has been realized. WE DID IT!!! This is the newest addition to our collection of beach homes in the Destin-Panama City Beach area. We are so excited to get started with the new décor. We bought our 4th and fifth homes in 2015 (sold this one "cha-ching") and 2016 #767599. We are blessed again-Jesus Loves US this I know.
