This beautiful and comfortable home has been meticulously cared for and is in immaculate condition. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a private outside lanai that feels like part of the home. Two of the bedrooms has beautiful sunrise waterview & direct access to the private lanai & saltwater pool & spa! All furnishings are Updated. Updated high grade 14 inch memory foam mattresses, sheets & towels. Open plan with views of the amazing saltwater pool, huge eat in kitchen . Outdoor dining with beautiful nature views.

There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer,.

Very convenient to I-75, beaches, shopping, restaurants, & 3 major airports.

When I first stepped onto this property, I knew it was something special. It wasn’t just the size — though 9 acres of peaceful, open land certainly caught my attention — it was the feeling the space gave me. A deep breath. A pause. A blessing.

I fell in love with the majestic oak trees that create a natural canopy of shade and peace, and the gentle breeze you feel when sitting near the water. I could immediately picture small groups gathering here to pray, celebrate, or just reconnect.

The deck on the pond quickly became one of my favorite spots — perfect for morning coffee or late-night reflection under the stars. The views from the living room are wide open, stretching out toward the pool and fields, giving a sense of freedom and privacy that’s hard to find these days.

The gas firetable by the pool, surrounded by cozy chairs, has become a favorite place for laughter, testimonies, and connection. Every corner of the property invites quiet rest or joyful gathering, depending on what your heart needs.
