Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing up to 90 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the booking fee of $25.00. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your deposit and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your deposit and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.

PETS: No pets are allowed unless specific arrangements are made and nonrefundable pet fees are paid in advance. Certain pets are NOT allowed; Size and type of pet(s) must be stated on your confirmation before entering the premises. No dogs allowed in pool and/or hot tub. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in beds. You must clean up after your pet. Monroe county leash laws require pets to be on leashes at all times when outside.
