Is the property available for long term rent?
Yes. See the rates in the descriptions. We encourage long-term rentals, but they may not be available during the high season.
What is the minimum stay?
Per Sterling Oaks HOA the minimal rental is 30 days. If you want to rent it for April 2023 - you can do it. Most probably, it will be offered as a long-term rental only after that.
We have our own stuff and are looking for an unfurnished house. Will it be possible?
As of now the house is fully equipped for everyday needs with furniture, accessories, TV etc. Ideally, we would like to keep it this way, so that it is suitable for short-term stays as well. However, if you like the place and seriously consider to call it your home for several years - we can try to find a reasonable compromise. When you visit the house - please make a detailed list of the furniture that you don't want to stay. Then we will have to decide of how to better accommodate your needs.
How many people could live in the house, are there limitations and what is its best use?
Currently there is one king-size bed in the main bedroom and a queen-size bed on the second floor. One bedroom on the first floor was converted into an office but there is foldable futon which could be converted into another queen size bed to make it into the third bedroom. Therefore up to 6 people could sleep in the house and this looks like a maximum number for a comfortable stay. The house is best suited for the needs of a family with up to 3 children, especially when some of them are going to school - to take advantage of the excellent school district. You may find less expensive rentals for a comparable house in other parts of Naples, but these would definitely be located in less desirable school districts. The house may also be of an interest to a retired couple who wish to keep an available space for visiting family and friends. Or for other people who want to live close enough to beaches and be a part of a vibrant community with keen interest in sports, especially - tennis.
