1400 sq. ft. This is a ground floor condo, 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished with over sized garage located in Falling Waters which is centrally located between Marco Island and downtown Naples.
Falling Waters Beach Resort has two pools, two tennis courts and one boccie court. One pool is a heated 600 foot lazy river that you can ride the current while enjoying an afternoon cocktail. The second pool is a heated rectangular style pool.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, double sinks, large shower, flat screen tv and a walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet .
The full size kitchen with full size sink has a full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave and seats four. The dining room seats 6.
The living room has a comfortable wrap around couch that seats 6 and large HD screen tv with several apps such as netflix.
The over sized lanai overlooks a pond with a fountain and lighted volcano. There is a table and chairs for 4 and two lounge chairs.

Walk the path you see out the Lanai to go to the lazy river pool. Maybe 3 min walk. Another option is to drive 0.7 mi and park at the club house. Drive left out the parking lot. Pool is by the tennis courts across the street from the clubhouse.

After different travels to Napels we have decided to stay in the condo of Stephen at Falling Waters Beach Resort. The condo is spacious, functional and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious Lanai was our favorit and have a gorgeous view over the lake. The gated community is well mantained. We enjoyed our daily walks arround the ways there. The pool with the Lazy River is also an atractive hotspot of the community. We thank Stephen for his help and assistance at our arrival. We can absolutely highly recomend this location for a stay. ARMAND AND DEBRA B.GREAT LOCATION, ENJOYABLE, BEST WEATHER EVER!
After being home bound due to covid for almost two years we decided to rent the Matte condo in Naples, Florida at Falling Waters Beach Resort for the month of April 2022. We enjoyed our stay very much with pleasant neighbours and community around us. The condo itself has very nice upgrades such as crown moulding, pocket doors and coffered ceiling in the primary suite. It was a very spacious unit with sliding doors to the lanaii that pushed back into the wall making it a spectactular view of wildlife such as osprey, ducks and assorted birds. There is now a resident gator who swims by once and awhile! The landscaping is beautifully lush and well kept, great for long strolls around the paths. The Lazy River accomodates all the guests come to suntan and rejuvenate. Surrounding areas are terrific for dining and shopping as there are many options to choose from. The experience at Falling Waters was PERFECT!

My Wife and I stayed in this Condo for a month ending 21/05/2018. We thank Stephen and Nancy for letting us stay in their Naples home at Falling Waters Beach Resort.The Condo was really nice and very clean. Comfortable beds, 2 nice bathrooms, the master has a large walk in wardrobe/ dressing room. Spacious livng room with a dining area. And also the kitchen which was very well equipt with all the essential appliances. The Lania is spacious and overlooks a lake. The Garage is also spacious.The gated community has very tidy surrounding garden areas which are well maintained. There is also a nice large community pool area.It was a perfect stay for us and absolutly recommendable.Once again many thanks Stephen and Nancy.
