David S.Wonderful Place..Great Experience
This place and landlord were exceptional. The home was half a block from the town center, pool, and restaurant. The home itself was very nice and clean. The landlord Erik was very gracious and an excellent host. He was very accomodating. I would definitely recommend renting from Erik and staying at this place in the Islandwalk Village. The community itself was beautifully kept, the people very friendly, and the location was easily accessible to anywhere you wanted to go. Close to I75 and Collier Blvd. I can not say enough good things regarding my stay or Erik the landlord, As it says in my title truly a WONDERFUL PLACE and A GREAT EXPERIENCE,

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 month rental at Islandwalk. The townhouse is immaculate, tastefully furnished and ideally located. Many thanks to Arek, who professionally handled the lease agreement and ensured the home was well taken care of. We will be back for our next visit to Naples.

Russell W.Island Walk is a great place to spend the winter.
Island walk has a great pool and walking trails. It is very scenic and the people where friendly. This Condo is a short walk to the pool and the other amenities. We used the pool and walking trails most days The condo is dog friendly and we made friends with both full time residence and other seasonal visitors.
