PRIVATE HEATED POOL – CLOSE TO BEACH - PET FRIENDLY
Nestled in a great set of neighboring homes in North Naples, this well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home offers a sunny atmosphere minutes from all the fun . Plenty of extra room is offered with multiple sitting areas inside and out. Entertain by the fenced in private pool or hit the beach just minutes away. This home is located just a bike ride from beaches, shopping, parks, popular restaurants, theaters and entertainment.
Note: Queen in the master, double bed in guest bedroom and twin beds in the other guest room.
THE SPACE
Accommodations (sleep up to 6):
- Bedroom 1: Enjoy a Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, TV.
- Bedroom 2: Privacy and comfort in the queen-sized guest room.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
- Bathrooms offer a shower in the master bath, shower/tub in the guest bath and are stocked with towels and enough toiletries to get you started. Beach towels and spare linens can be found in the hall closet.
Kitchen and Dining:
Our eat-in kitchen offers plenty of elbow room, counter and cabinet space. Stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and modern stainless appliances including a glass top range/oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. The eat in kitchen offers breakfast bar stools with the dinning table offering seating for 6.
Laundry/Pantry:
You will find a private washer/dryer in the utility room just off the kitchen in the garage. Plenty of room for pantry items and to store your cooler, golf, beach and pool toys in the garage. An iron with board is provided.
Comfort and Connectivity:
Central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool and breezy. Comcast cable TV and broadband internet with WIFI are provided free of charge.
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside onto our private screened lanai in the front and or enjoy a relaxing open pool deck and mature landscaping in the backyard. Just a bike ride away from enjoying Vanderbilt Beach and Pelican Bay community park offering tennis, pickleball, racquetball, volleyball, jogging trails and more.
Parking and Check-In:
The paved driveway offers room for 4+ cars and the garage is available for parking also. Access instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

Mary C.Great house with heated pool!
We started out the month with a few problems at the house. AC compressor went out, ice machine was broken, and pool heat had to be turned off. Shane was excellent to work with, getting everything taken care of except for the ice maker (we just used bagged ice). He also brought us a gift card for our inconveniences. After those issues were addressed, we had the best time. House is clean, beds were comfortable, and pool was great! Would loved to have a Television in the master bedrooms.

Our first visit to Naples was enjoyed so much because of this wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The location allowed for short trips to a couple of beaches, and to many nice restaurants and shopping areas. Our dog enjoyed the totally enclosed private backyard. Shane was very helpful with any questions we had. We definitely give this stay our highest rating.
