Our holiday villa features 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and a south facing pool that is not overlooked. The lounge/dining area has a laminated wood floor and alarmed French windows leading to the pool. The breakfast bar is open to the kitchen area. The room has a cable television, DVD and CD players along with two large, comfortable sofas. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6. All other rooms lead off from the family room.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Briargrove,, Davenport, Florida, 10 minutes drive from Disney World, Sea World and close to all other attractions.
The master and second bedrooms contain Queen-size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds. In total sleeping a maximum of 6.
The master bedroom en-suite bathroom contains a generous walk-in shower. The second family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The garage contains the washing machine and dryer make any amount of laundry an effortless task.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and all rooms have an overhead fan. The kitchen has all the modern equipment you would expect. There is a large TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own smaller TV. The villa also has free wireless internet access.
Only 15-20 minutes from Disney, Universal and Sea World, Briargrove is located just off US27 and Highway 192 making it a great base to explore all the shops, supermarkets and the hundreds restaurants that Kissimmee has to offer. There is a Publix supermarket just 5 minutes from your holiday villa, handy for those everyday essentials. In addition to the major theme parks, within the area you will also find activities such as golf, fishing, jet ski, bungee jumping, go-karting, horse riding, air boats and many more all within easy reach of your Orlando vacation home. In fact there are many golf courses within 10 miles of your holiday villa.

this property met our needs well. We have a small dog and the fenced yard made life so much easier. The appliances were old but all seemed operational. The pool heat went out but was repaired pretty quickly. the property managers were responsive and the owner responded quickly to any concerns. We would rent this property again if the owner does not sell.

This pool home met our needs for a 3-day visit to the Orlando area. On the positive side, the newer A/C, water heater, TV and pool equipment were appreciated. OTOH a total lack of security was of concern, especially as the garage overhead door did not lock in any fashion, and the gate to the back yard was also left unlocked (no doubt necessary for pool maintenance services). It appears the number sequence for the front door lock remains the same between tenants, limiting security (we left a chair propped up against the door). Cleaning was minimal at best, as we had to wash a foul odor off the pillow cases on the living room furniture, a sticky substance was on dining room chair backs, and various trash including used band-aids was left in the pool area. I won't criticize the condition of the appliances as they were well-worn but functional. Don't get me wrong - we had a pleasant stay and would return.

As you commented we are n the process of renovating the villa gradually having repainted and laid laminate floors throughout. also a new yard fence and a new roof. I'm sorry you were concerned about security. We have changed the number and locks occasionally .We have owned the villa 20 years and there have been no instances of security issues.We hope you will visit again."

We stayed here in April and it was a wonderful stay with our 2 children and dog. Fenced in back yard and pool were wonderful. It was reasonably priced as well. The hosts allowed us to check in early and we really appreciated it.
