My family and I enjoyed our stay at Brendas home. It was clean and very comfortable. It felt just like “home”. Though it was too cold that week in Florida, we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi but the pool area was wonderful and the view to the lake was amazing. I would highly recommend this home for a family getaway!

Fantastic property, includes everything you could need for a great trip and more. Place is very well equipped, excellently maintained. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, was so quick to answer questions, nothing was too much. We stayed for 3 weeks and was truly a home away from home. The back garden lake setting was so beautiful, estate was exceptional; even a playground and playing pitch on site. Would highly recommend to all!

It was everything the pictures showed and more. Fully equipped kitchen, enough furniture to sit comfortably for all of us. Refreshing pool after long days at parks. Enough bathrooms for all. Michele F.Beautiful, Large and Comfortable Pool Home
This home is located in a beautiful gated subdivision and is close to Old Town, shopping outlets and a variety of restaurants. It is a few short miles from Walmart and Wawa (the two Ws that my family can't live without. It is also close to Disney parks and Disney Springs. Brenda was very accommodating and the property manager promptly answered our calls when we had any questions. Our family enjoyed how large the home was. My two oldest kids loved having their own bathroom! The pool and hot tub were a delight. There are dvds to watch, a game room, bikes and much more.

Excellent location with an excellent host. Home was spacious, clean and conveniently located to many of the local attractions, supermarkets and outlets. Bedrooms and layout was perfect for a large family group. Kids had a great time in the heated pool. Brenda and her management team were top notch! Will definitely rent again in the future.

We would highly recommend booking this villa for your Florida vacation. This was our 3rd time staying at Brenda’s gorgeous villa. The reason we always rebook with her is we feel totally at home staying in this fantastic accommodation. There is everything you could ever need at your disposal. The villa is central to all the parks and a huge Walmart isn’t far & we often popped in on our way home from the parks to stock up. Each year we go we seem to spend more time chilling at the villa, enjoying some downtime at the pool and the villa itself is so comfortable. We love having a day away enjoying ourselves at all the various activities that Florida has to offer but looked forward to returning to the villa each night to have a drink outside at the pool. We are planning to revisit Florida again and won’t hesitate to book with Brenda again.

Spent two week here with my family and it was a holiday of a lifetime. From start to finish we booked with ease. Brenda the owner and her management company couldn't have been more helpful with any enquires. The villa was beautiful and kept to a high standard. Plenty of room and space and decorated nicely. Kitchen area providing everything to cook up a meal. It was very welcoming for my children with everything from high chair, cot, pram and chair seat (although we had our own). Pool and pool area was fab with the added bonus of a hot tub and had plenty of seating available. Location was superb close proximity to Kissimmee and international drive and all the parks. Absolutely loved the trip and can't wait till covid is over till we book again with Brenda. (Keep us dates lol) ☺️
