This is a fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Comes complete with all linens and kitchen utensils. There are two queen size beds and a daybed with a trundle bed under it. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs available. Newly furnished and freshly painted. Condo is located on third floor of a three-story building and there is an elevator available at the end of the hallway. We are located 6/10 of a mile from the gulf of Mexico and Delnor Wiggins state park. There also is a heated in ground pool and covered assigned parking. Condo has been completely updated with all new furniture, fresh paint, and a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. During the month of January, February and March you must rent the entire month. Rental period is from the first of the month to the last day of the month. Between 1st and Dec 1st it is available for weekly, biweekly or monthly rental.

Unique Benefits

The unique benefits of this property is the beautiful view from the lanai. Being located on the third floor there is nobody above you so it is very quiet we do have stairs but we also have an elevator at the end of the hallway we have covered assigned parking. We are walking distance to the beach at Delnor Wiggins state park. We are a very short drive to Mercado shopping and restaurants and just a 15 minute drive from downtown fifth Avenue. our complex is very small with only three buildings, and it is never crowded. Most condos are second homes for the owners.

Why Kids Love It

Kids love it because of the heated pool in the winter time. Also, the one bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle bed under it for the kids and there are plenty of pool noodles and beach toys for them.

Area Information

We are located at 519 Roma Court in the Vanderbilt Beach section of North Naples. Delnor Wiggins state park is just a short walk up the street approximately 6/10 of a mile. Lots of nice restaurants in the area and great shopping. Not far from Mercato shopping Center and Coconut Point shopping Center.About a 15 minute drive from fifth Avenue downtown Naples. Just down the road from Oaks Seed to Table, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, PF Chang‘s, the turtle club and Baleen restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.

Delnor Wiggins state park…. The best beach around! There are restrooms and concessions at the beach end it is located 6/10 of a mile from the condo.

Favorite Places To Eat

Some of our favorite restaurants are… Uss Nemo‘s, blue Providence, the turtle club, any place in the Mercado shopping center down the street. And one of the best places for live entertainment and party atmosphere is just west of the condo called Oaks seed to table. This place is not just your average grocery store. They have live entertainment in the upstairs bar area where you can order food or just go down to the meat department and pick out your steak and they will prepare and bring it to you upstairs. If you get there by 4 o’clock you’re more than likely be there till 10 PM listening to the great bands… The shopping carts even have wine glass holders so you can sample the wines while you shop!

Inside Scoop

If you like to be low-key you have to try Harold’s place located around the pool at the Gulf Coast Inn. Gigantic tiki bar with karaoke later in the day great sandwiches and cocktails very very low-key and all locals.
