We also operate a very successful comprehensive vacation and short term rental program, which features direct oceanfront properties as well as golf community properties. Our vacation rental program draws people from all over the world. We hold all vacation funds in escrow to the delight of our tenant’s peace of mind. We promptly answer all tenant inquiries and address any special needs prior and during your visit. We are available to troubleshoot any problems that occur during the visit, such as lost keys, or unforeseen repairs.We offer tenants multiple options for payment of the rental, including an online payment option for checks and credit cards, and we also accept checks by mail (there is no booking fee).We prepare each property for our tenants' arrival and arrange departure cleanings. We make sure there are basic items for the tenants' convenience (paper towels, bath tissue, soaps, sponge, laundry starters, etc.). We also prepare Welcome Books with specific information about each condo, the surrounding area, and discounts to local attractions.
