Easy beach access and if the sand is too hot, they can jump in the pool instead. The fishing pier rents fishing poles and sells bait. Island Waters Sports offers surfing classes, surfboard, skimboard, and paddleboard rentals. They also rent E-Bikes and have a Jet Ski Tubing Tour. Sullivan Park has a splash pad and playground for the smaller kids along the Intracoastal Waterway.

We've been handling short-term and vacation rentals for owners and tenants for over 40 years! Why this property? The Ocean Club building is so perfectly located to enjoy all the best of Deerfield Beach! You can park your car in the private, gated parking lot and walk to great restaurants (fine dining and casual options available), shop in the cute beach shops, go fishing on the pier, or just take a stroll out above the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Deerfield Beach has many very clear water days...don't be surprised if you spot sting rays or sea turtles swimming while walking out on the pier. If you would like to know what kind of sea life Deerfield Beach has, you can check out the underwater camera live feed that the Pier has on Youtube. Can I rent this property for less than 90 days?
No, the Palms Board requires all rentals to be a minimum of 90 days.
Are commercial vehicles allowed to be parked at this property?
No, only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park at the Palms. Each vehicle must have a decal issued by the Palms office. All vehicles without a decal will be towed.
