3rd generation family owned, My grandparents bought the 1925 beach house and carriage house and converted it into 6 unique seaside villas. They picked the most beautiful spot where the barrier island is only wide enough for a single row of homes,. The emerald green water of the Gulf is out your front door and across the street you can sit on the seawall and fish and wave to the yachts passing by in the boat channel.I grew up here as a teenager . Being a small town this alway felt like home. After 30 years of hosting snowbirds in the winter and families enjoying our white sand beach in the summer , they decided to retire. I bought it to save this 100 year old piece of Old Florida. My research found it was built by a Tampa merchant who perfected a blend of chicken feed that made chickens plump. It would be like me inventing Purina puppy chow and made him rich and famous. That explains the many chicken coops on the property when my granparents bought in 1968.For me this collection of villas will always remind me of my inner child, spending time relaxing with grandparents on the beach.
