I have been buying/renovating/furnishing/decorating and managing Vacation Rentals since the 1990's, way before there was an AirBnb, VRBO and other internet sites. I started doing this in NYC, then the Hamptons, and since 2014, in Sarasota and Siesta Key.

I moved to Siesta Key, Florida in October, 2014. I live and work here full-time. I am a licensed Broker in NY and Florida. I manage my own Vacation properties, and also have some annual rental properties in Sarasota. I like to buy and renovate investment properties with self-directed IRA monies. When I'm not working, I enjoy playing golf, taking long walks, making plant-based meals. I am a huge promoter of good health and wellness, and do a lot of juicing. My vacation rental properties all have reverse osmosis water filtration systems installed for clean drinking water. The HVAC AC ducts are cleaned and sterilized annually, for clean air. Kitchens have a blender and I have my juicing recipes included in the Guest Welcome Binder. I am also a huge college basketball fan, a big Big East fan! I played basketball at Bucknell University.

Many of my guests come to Siesta Key and fall in love with it.. I have helped many of my guests buy their dream home here. I have also helped many of my guests buy a Vacation Rental Investment property, and have also taught them how to maintain and manage their own Vacation Rental.
