Don´t miss the Video Tour. Villa Happy is located on a canal with a private dock with direct access 3 min to the Gulf of Mexico in the attractive Yacht Club area. Yacht Club Beach within 5 minutes drive.
OBS: Villa Happy has no pool cage. It is shown in the pictures but the pool cage got damaged and there is NO pool cage around the pool.
Villa Happy is located in the attractive Yacht Club area with a beautiful pool area with Western Exposure lot of space for sun lounges. Villa Happy has three bedrooms with a total of six beds. Master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors leading directly out to the pool area. Bedrooms 2 has a queen double bed and bedroom 3 have two single beds. Further, there are two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath.
The kitchen is well equipped with ice maker and microwave. Washer / dryer available.
TV, Internet with Free Wi-Fi. Electric included.
Extra large swimming pool with a large pool area. Electric heated pool. On the patio is also a gas grill with an extra tank of propane in the storage room.
5 min to the closest beach - Yacht Club Beach.
25 min both to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island offers miles of beaches and a turquoise sea - the Gulf of Mexico.
30 mins from Southwest International Airport (RSW) outside of Fort Myers.
If you rent a boat you can directly pass into the Gulf of Mexico, without crossing any bridges - 3 min to the river.
Security deposit: Paid at at arrival, repaid at departure.

Scott S.Relaxing and comfortable stay in the Florida sunshine
Our family spent two relaxing weeks at the property. All new furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable. Docked our sailing kayak out back on canal with easy access to river. Susanne the property manager was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.
