Naples beach and pier, a great place to watch the dolphins during the day or fish but truly the most beautiful sunsets are by the pier
Naples beaches are by far the most beautiful you will see from Lowdermilk beach with silky sand, shallow water and a great park for the kids,
Clam pass beach with a train ride through the trees to the beach that the kids will love, Vanderbilt beach, Cambier park with a great park for the kids (12 acres of park land), softball, tennis and bocce courts along with a bandshell that’s hosts music and movies in the park,
Naples Zoo is great for the kids but even us adults will enjoy the time there
Naples Botanical gardens with the most beautiful tropical flowers, statues, water displays and park for the kids.
Golf, golf and more golf all close by our condo so you can have an early morning round of golf then back to the family for a jaunt to the beach

Maercato a short drive up the road is the modern take of 5 th Ave with amazing family and fine dining restaurants As well as a movie theatre all with an upbeat pleasant social atmosphere. You must experience Mercator and 5 th Ave when in Naples. Great ice cream shop on 5 th Ave as well

Notes:
We know that you will be respectful and treat our condo as your own ensuring you leave it in the same condition you find it. We request that you kindly put the dishes in the dishwasher turning it on when you leave and please put the white towels in the washing machine turning it on before you leave as this will help the cleaning staff get started.
We also request that you ensure your safety and that of your family while in our Condo at Naples Bath and Tennis Club.
We will allow a full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, and a zero refund thereafter.
We have a wonderful property manager who will be in touch with you prior to your arrival to arrange a meeting time at the condo to Welcome you and ensure you become familiar with the condo and all that Naples has to offer. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am

About the owner: We loved our vacation in Naples so much that we decided to purchase a condo so our family and yours could enjoy the beaches, restaurants, shopping but most of all the amazing weather that Naples has to offer.
Tennis , a full gym, olympic size pool and classes are all at the club house for a small fee. Golf is across the street, shops a few minutes away and the most beautiful beaches are also very close by. Come stay with us and relax in our private gated 160 acre property with plenty of walking trails and our own community pool and sauna just a few steps from our first condo that’s included with your stay.
Why this property? This first floor property is on a 160 acre private community with a lake behind the condo where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine after a day at the beach or sit quietly reading a book and admiring the wildlife. The condo has been completely renovated with only the finest materials, Travertine floors throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms ,fully equipped kitchen, and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is only a few minutes away from shopping in the plaza Only a short walk or 2 minute drive, the restaurants on Fifth Ave or Mercato, the finest shops, golf courses, and beaches with the most beautiful sunsets are all yours to enjoy.
If you would like a day at home to relax and unwind you have our private pool and sauna just a few feet from the condo.

Susan M.Well-equipped condo in a nice community in a good location for a fair price.
My husband and I have been coming to Naples for many years and have rented several condos. This was our favorite. The location, in a gated community off Pineridge Road not far from 41, is convenient to both Fifth Avenue and Old Naples or North Naples (the only downside is traffic, but that's almost everywhere during the season). The condo is very clean and attractively decorated with comfortable bedrooms, large closets, walk-in showers, a nice choice of TV steaming and everything you'll need for the beach—which is about a 10 minute drive away. There is a good area to set up a computer, if you need to work, and a lanai that looks out on a lovely small pond. The private pool for the complex is just steps away. The neighbors are quiet but friendly. It's very close to a Publix, Costco, CVS and other "necessary" stores and not far from popular dining and shopping areas like Venetian Bay and Waterside Shops. The first floor location makes it easy to load and unload. The owners are very responsive. Nothing is cheap in Naples, but we thought this condo offered good value, and we had a great time.

We have rented three different condos over the past six years in Naples, and this was the best. Although we love Old Naples, this private location off Pineridge Road is a very convenient location for anything Naples has to offer, North or South, including beaches. It is nicely decorated and perfectly well stocked with everything one might need, from cooking equipment and a hair drier to beach chairs and towels. The lanai looks out on a peaceful pond. There is a nice little work station to set up a computer. The beds are comfortable. If you are not a beach person, there is a very nice swimming pool just steps from the front door. The residents are quiet but friendly. The entire complex feels very safe. The only downside is traffic, but this is a problem anywhere in Naples unless you want and can afford to stay right on the beach. Our hosts were very responsive.Nothing is cheap in Naples, but we definitely felt what we spent for our month was well worth it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was clean and inviting from the moment we opened the door. The kitchen was modern and well equipped as was the rest of the condo. The view from the back sliding glass door was beautiful and we enjoyed watching various birds in the morning and the turtles in the afternoon. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub everyday and it was 50 steps from the front door. So convenient. The grounds are lush and beautiful and a Publix grocery store, Target and other stores are within walking distance.
