Clam pass beach with a train ride through the trees to the beach that the kids will love, Vanderbilt beach, Cambier park with a great park for the kids (12 acres of park land), softball, tennis and bocce courts along with a bandshell that’s hosts music and movies in the park,
Naples Zoo is great for the kids but even us adults will enjoy the time there
Naples Botanical gardens with the most beautiful tropical flowers, statues, water displays and park for the kids.

Maercato a short drive up the road is the modern take of 5 th Ave with amazing family and fine dining restaurants As well as a movie theatre all with an upbeat pleasant social atmosphere. You must experience Mercator and 5 th Ave when in Naples. Great ice cream shop on 5 th Ave as well

We request you kindly put the white towels in the washing machine, dishes in the dishwasher and turn them both on before you leave
We also request that you ensure your safety and that of your family while in our Condo at Naples Bath and Tennis Club.
Deposit is non refundable and the balance is required 21 days before check in
We have a wonderful property manager who will be in touch with you upon your arrival to ensure you become familiar with the condo and all that Naples has to offer.

Susan M.Well-equipped condo in a nice community in a good location for a fair price.
My husband and I have been coming to Naples for many years and have rented several condos. This was our favorite. The location, in a gated community off Pineridge Road not far from 41, is convenient to both Fifth Avenue and Old Naples or North Naples (the only downside is traffic, but that's almost everywhere during the season). The condo is very clean and attractively decorated with comfortable bedrooms, large closets, walk-in showers, a nice choice of TV steaming and everything you'll need for the beach—which is about a 10 minute drive away. There is a good area to set up a computer, if you need to work, and a lanai that looks out on a lovely small pond. The private pool for the complex is just steps away. The neighbors are quiet but friendly. It's very close to a Publix, Costco, CVS and other "necessary" stores and not far from popular dining and shopping areas like Venetian Bay and Waterside Shops. The first floor location makes it easy to load and unload. The owners are very responsive. Nothing is cheap in Naples, but we thought this condo offered good value, and we had a great time.

We have rented three different condos over the past six years in Naples, and this was the best. Although we love Old Naples, this private location off Pineridge Road is a very convenient location for anything Naples has to offer, North or South, including beaches. It is nicely decorated and perfectly well stocked with everything one might need, from cooking equipment and a hair drier to beach chairs and towels. The lanai looks out on a peaceful pond. There is a nice little work station to set up a computer. The beds are comfortable. If you are not a beach person, there is a very nice swimming pool just steps from the front door. The residents are quiet but friendly. The entire complex feels very safe. The only downside is traffic, but this is a problem anywhere in Naples unless you want and can afford to stay right on the beach. Our hosts were very responsive.Nothing is cheap in Naples, but we definitely felt what we spent for our month was well worth it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was clean and inviting from the moment we opened the door. The kitchen was modern and well equipped as was the rest of the condo. The view from the back sliding glass door was beautiful and we enjoyed watching various birds in the morning and the turtles in the afternoon. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub everyday and it was 50 steps from the front door. So convenient. The grounds are lush and beautiful and a Publix grocery store, Target and other stores are within walking distance.
