New installed UV light in aircondition system to clean the air from viruses (such as coronavirus, influenza, rhinoviruses, SARS, common cold) and bacteria (such as legionella, tuberculosis etc.) and and Vocs (such as formaldeyde, carbon monoxide, pesticide, toxic mold, methylene chloride, nitrogen dioxide, toluene, benzene). Aircondition is whisper quiet. You can also just dehumidify air without cooling, wich creates a very good indoor climate, when it´s not necessary to cool, e.g. winter.
The spacious living room invites you to relax and offers enough space for the whole family. The fully equipped modern kitchens make every chef's heart beat faster.
There are 4 TVs in the villa (Xfinity cable TV extra 125+ HD channels, Roku TV at every TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix…).
The generous pool area is fully screen-protected to protect against insects, allowing long BBQ evenings until late at night. The comfortable seating on the patio is complemented . We provide an jacuzzi, outdoor shower and a Weber gas grill. Pool hat a light show, which you can use in the dark.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this vacation house within a gated community! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, pool is clean, and there were plenty of cozy spots to unwind both inside and out.The highlight for us was the outdoor space—spacious, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Whether it was lounging on the deck, or taking in the views, we felt completely at home. The location was also ideal: close enough to the beach, local attractions and restaurants.Our host is always attentive and responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. You can tell this property is well cared for and thoughtfully maintained.We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will absolutely be coming back. If you're looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located vacation rental, this is it!

Die Villa Jeannie befindet sich in einer überwachten Anlage welche sehr schön angelegt ist. Das Haus liegt direkt am See wo man vom Pool und vom Masterbedroom einen unvergesslichen Blick hat.Die Villa ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet, hier fehlt es wirklich an Nichts.Für die gemütlichen kühleren Abende gibt es sogar einen Fernsehschrank mit elektrischem Kamin und einen großen TV und in dem super bequemen Sofa kann man es sich dann echt gemütlich machen.Fazit:Diese Villa hat unseren Urlaub zu einem perfekten Urlaub gemacht, man fühl sich hier einfach wohl und eigentlich möchte man auch garnicht mehr nach Hause.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder…vielen Dank für alles an Silke & Michael

The villa is equipped with everything your heart desires, there really isn't anything missing here. For those cozy, cooler evenings, there is even an electric fireplace and a large TV. My family of 4 enjoyed a great stay at Villa Jeannie last week. The property was very clean and well maintained. We loved the layout of the home with 3 bedrooms plus an office (w/pullout sofa). The back patio and yard were very private with the lake in the rear of the property. We initially had an issue with getting the hot tub to work but after a call to property management, it was very quickly resolved. It might be helpful to include instructions for operation of hot tub. We have stayed in Briarwood several times and this is our favorite property so far. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

This home in the Briarwood Community was really lovely. The furniture was comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, great pool and jacuzzi. The location is perfect- close to beaches and shopping. Plenty of beach chairs to use and a nice, quiet street. We'd love to visit again!
