Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our BEACH condo home located at the popular Leonardo Arms Condominiums! Our Condo has TRUE beach access. It is NOT located in a building with a road or sandbar between you & beach/ocean. Our building is truly ocean/beach front, NO sandbar or beach obstructions found in front of our building! Our condo overlooks the Pool/Terrace area with a beach side view. (See pictures)
Home away from home awaits you at our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo. A spacious, bright, fully equipped condo located in a well-maintained beachfront community.
Our spacious beach / ocean condo comfortably sleeps 4 & is located on the less congested SOUTH location of this 7 mile stretch of sandy white beach. The Southern location can't be beaten as it's directly on the beach yet convenient to the shopping and restaurants located just across the street as we have heard all those businesses are returning.
Just a few short steps out of our condo door to the sandy white sugar like beach, as well as the large heated swimming pool. Large heated pool has breathtaking view of the gulf as it fronts the beach. The condo is fully equipped with bed linens, bathing towels, face clothes, beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella and complete kitchen utensils & supplies. High end super comfortable King bed in master & twin beds in guest room. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom via en suite plus walk-in closets. Smart TV located in LR & Master BR plus high-speed internet is provided.
75 cent trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo allows you to vacation easily without the expense of a car.
For your convenience you have a dedicated parking spot. Our 2nd floor location is convenient to walk but there are 2 building elevators available.
Responsive and attentive property owners genuinely wants to make sure you have a great time on vacation. You will be provided with my cell phone number for text or phone calls as well as my email address so that you can easily contact me at any time. We are always happy to help should you need assistance during your stay.
Our condo association does not allow any pets or smoking in the building. The condo association does have strict rules regarding maximum number of occupants (4) permitted spending the night in the condominiums at one time. Please do not book if your group size exceeds 4 people in total. Thank you
Third-party trip insurance is suggested. Ask for Options. Trip insurance allows you to insure your rental payments for illness, and many additional cancellation reasons. We regret we cannot refund any money paid toward your rental. We will make every effort to rebook the time period and refund payments if we are successful. Note: does not have the huge fees of VRBO & AirBnB and the savings is passed on to you.

We had a fabulous month at Leonardo Arms. The pool is huge and heated, the beach right in front of pool, the palm trees swaying, and everyone is so friendly. The king size bed might have been the best I have ever slept on, and I loved the new walk-in shower in the guest bedroom. The kitchen has not been updated but it had every imaginable thing you would need from many plates/drinkware, food chopper, blender, mixer, coffee pot, toaster, and a large assortment of pots and pans. Furniture comfortable and plenty of towels and washcloths. It was nice having beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and beach towels as it sure helped on not having to buy or pack. When I’m stressed during normal life, I’ll just think of sitting on the beach with a glass of Merlot and watching the sunset. Do bring bug repellent as the no-seeums are bad for a couple hours right after sunset.

The combination of stunning views, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations made it our favorite beach spot and overall vacation. We highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.We loved the private lanai morning noon and night with the views of the sparkling pool, towering palm trees, and the Gulf.The location is so convenient! We walked to the shopping and dining across the street when we did not want to drive and it's where we got great ice cream; but just a short drive led us to a lot of beachfront restaurants for fun drinks and sunsets.The condo itself was a haven of comfort and cleanliness. The living area was inviting, with nice seating options and the bedrooms offered comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was meticulously maintained.Our goal was to unwind and recharge, and this condo delivered. The quiet ambiance, coupled with the peaceful pool, created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We took full advantage of everything the condo and the surrounding area had to offer. We especially appreciated the items available for use at the pool and beach. It was nice not to have to buy items we wouldn't be able to take back with us, like the pool noodles!This condo and vacation checked all the boxes and was truly a delight. We will return!Thank you!

Condo was comfortable & fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt more like a home than a cold prepped rental. We adored the quiet peaceful south end yet could hop the trolly to the hectic north end when we wanted crazy nightlife. We were thrilled with the huge heated pool and the lounge chairs that were taller than normal. Great for our age. Spent every morning sitting on the beach & every afternoon lounging in the pool. We never wanted to leave this place. Such a friendly atmosphere we felt like we fit right in at the pitch in dinners and other activities.Linda is a wonderful communicator and responded immediately by text to anything we needed. Highly recommend this little piece of paradise.

No. The lanai faces the terrace/pool area with a side view of beach/gulf.
No. Our walkway goes straight to pool & beach. Very close. 1 minute walk.
No screens as they were destroyed in Hurricane Ian. We plan to replace in next 2 years.
