Ohh baby,you just found paradise! Our newly custom built home directly on the canal offers fishing, swimming, BBQ, and relaxing all in the private backyard by the pool. It's moments from the beach & near major stores, golf, and endless restaurants.

The space

Casa Linda is a brand-new completely newly built designer house with marble floors all throughout the house. Built in 2015. This spacious house features three bedrooms- Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom and a sliding French door in each bedroom that leads to a private entrance and view of the backyard's pool and Florida Inter coastal waterway. There are also two more sliding glass doors from the living room into the pool area. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each, third bedroom has a King master bed. The house is fully-stocked with a huge kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances and plenty of space for storage. There is a heated pool for extra enjoyment, outdoor patios for gazing at the water views while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The luxurious dining area seats 10 people comfortably.

There is an additional powder room near the laundry room.

All sheets, towels and pool towels are provided.

Guest access

The entire house is available for rent; 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, large Kitchen, Laundry room, pool, access to waterway from the backyard and lots of privacy. Also the high speed Internet access including wifi is very reliable. We do also offer a special rate for renting just one or two of the bedrooms at a time, each equipped with their own private bathroom and entrance to the home. Long term rentals are available. Interaction with guests

Since this is your vacation we certainly don't want to bother you unnecessarily. However, we are always available to you if you have questions or need anything from us. Upon booking we will provide you with all of our contact information and all emergency contact information so that you are well prepared for anything that may come up. -There are no gates on the waterfront so if you have small children or pets please be mindful.

-Please coordinate any time changes in check-in or check-out - we'll gladly work with you to do it at the time that is convenient for both parties.

-Night-time check-ins or check-outs have no extra cost

-Leave the crockery, cutlery and pans clean and in the appropriate places

- Smoking is not allowed in this house, but is permitted on the exterior of the house

- Excessive noise and/or disturbances to neighbors in this location may be grounds for immediate termination and/or forfeiture of monies. Let's keep this lovely place as a perfect relaxing oasis

-The pool is self-cleaning; we ask that you just switch on the "on button" for 20 minutes a day so that it can clean itself

-Although we love pets, we respect that many of us have allergies and so we ask that you leave your pets at home - no pets allowed.

-Renters below the age of 21 unaccompanied by an adult are not permitted to rent this property. ID’s will be verified.
